can this rod handle big stipers and bluefish, 50lb Brad line ?

The downrigger rod is rated for 10- 25 lb mono line. You can use 50lb braid but you need to make sure the drag is set to the rod ratings.

I’m not sure which one this is but for stainless wire you want the copper rod or a roller rod personally I would use a roller rod for wire .

Great for kayak trolling downrigger 7' 6" rod

I was on the fence with this one but after a day on the lake in my pedal kayak it held up with 4oz and 6oz cannonball dropper weights with spoons and dodgers. Caught a nice 5lb 20" lake trout and pulled it in no problem. I have no doubt this would rake in some of the heaviest salmon and steelhead. I paired it with the okuma ma20dx line counter reel. I ended up buying a second rod and reel of the same match. Very happy with it and you can't beat the price. The 7' 6" downrigger rod is perfect for kayak fishing.
