Brilliant homemade pasta really easy never washed it just used the cloth and brush that was provided would definitely recommend.

Simple to use, good quality. I read lots of the reviews, mostly the bad ones. Didn’t get it. I found this to be great. I love making pasta using this roller. I’ve made lasagne, spaghetti carbonara (the real way) and fettuccine and my favourite. I made an egg yolk ravioli with pea and ricotta and a white wine sauce! Amazing.

Small, but well made. I whipped it out of the box and did what I do with all new food appliances - promptly washed it in warm, soapy water. Then I read the instruction leaflet. DON'T WASH IT! The secret of using a pasta machine like this is to keep it dusted with flour as you work the dough through the rollers. Only four stars because there are a couple of things I'd improve upon. 1. a more secure clamping mechanism - this puts you right at the edge of your work counter so you inevitably make a mess on the floor. 2. warning sign on the box - DON'T PUT IN WATER.

Extremely poor design. The handle to turn the roller is longer than the height of the unit, so you have to position it hanging off the edge of a table or else it will not turn. You have to do this anyway if you want to use the clamp to fix it down, however this is also poorly designed and will not work if you have under counter units. Finally, it is near-impossible to clean, given the nooks and crannies and that you cannot get it wet under penalty of death

I should have bought a more expensive one. It's cheap. The knob to adjust thickness is very flimsy. I don't think it will last long. The handle is uncomfortable to hold, the end is very plasticy. It's not stainless steel because it says in the instructions very clearly 'do not wet'. I will be buying a proper one when I find one, but I don't expect this to last long. A proper Italian one would have been worth the extra money over this Chinese version.

Não consegui utilizar os cilindros na abertura máxima, pois, as engrenagens ficam trancando. Além disso, não recebi o pano nem a escova de limpeza.
