Media mod Remount Bracket fix Accessory for GoPro Hero 12/11 / 10/9

Its well made, the threads are smooth and went together very easily, overall quality is excellent, really happy. The price seems painful per gram of parts however you're paying to make GoPro's design mistake go away, you're paying to eliminate headaches, which it does. And installation was very easy and smooth. So far, it seems durable? Fit was perfect. I really can't imagine using a media mod without this adapter kit; I have no idea what GoPro was thinking, but this kit fixes GoPro's mistake and makes the mod usable. A cool little gadget.

This is an excellent product. I am greatly relieved not having to remove the entire mounting to change the battery when using media mod for my GoPro. The quality is also very good and quite attention to detail. Highly recommend this product.

5 Stars for product idea but lacking in fit. When the plate is inserted in to the Media Mod, it takes up space even though it's a thin piece of metal. It causes the Media Mod to bow out at port opening when I insert my GoPro 11. It's not easy to close the Media Mod port door down. The plate appears to be well made and numerous accessories came with the product. Not sure if i am going to keep this product or make a modification to it. It's definitely a needed part for the Media Mod considering you have to unscrew you Media Mod from the mount and then take out the GoPro to change the battery or sd card. With this Raeker modification plate, you don't have to. The mounting bracket with nut are metal too.

A brilliant modification that solves a very frustrating problem. It's easy to install and it works. Every time I need to change my GoPro battery while using the media mod, I breath a sigh of relief knowing I don't have to remove whatever selfie-stick or tripod I'm using just to get to the battery compartment. I highly recommend this fix, if you use the GoPro Media Mod and a GoPro Hero 11.

Have a GoPro hero 10. This does NOT fit as advertised. Side cover will not close without the risk of breaking it. You can see in the photo the bottom media mod plate is now pushed down and away from the camera. One pic with the plate out. To make it fit, I’ll have to grind out a cavity on the media mod, for the plate to fit flush. Maybe it’s the hero 10 specifically as I saw that same issue mentioned in other reviews. Buts it’s advertised to fit the 10.

Not going to lie, I did have to think about this purchase due to the price. With that said, after receiving the unit, it is absolutely worth every penny. The craftsmanship is just really good. It also so much easier now for me to change out my GoPro Hero 10 battery without having to remove the mount the camera's mounted to. Not to mention, the media mod still remains 100% functional. Overall, love this purchase.

While it does work, it’s not seemless and makes the media mod and go pro not fit quite correctly. Because of this it is very difficult to use, open, close, etc. hard to latch and unlatch due to how the camera fits in the mod with the part also in the mod. Great in theory, but certainly not as smooth as they would want you to believe.
