Why is there a prop 65 warning on this? What ingredient is causing this warning?

What it means practically is IMO nothing.  I live in CA and am careful of what I eat. I have no problem  using this product. Is there was actually a serious risk of a dangerous ingredient in this product I think this company would not be selling it.  There are 850 items on the states list now. 
CA requires that warning on almost everything that might have tiny traces of anything that could  that could might cause cancer or birth defects. Originally the requirement was well intended but then someone involved made it apply to tiny traces one thousandth the amount  that might really be harmful.  they now have 850 chemical substances that are on the list. So for years now all kinds of normal things have that label. Christmas light strings, garden hoses, gasoline station pumps, parking garage.

Any product that contains a substance on the list of potentially harmful chemicals must carry a warning label if it will be sold in the state of California. Proposition 65 requires that the product label alert customers to a range of potentially toxic chemicals. There is no exact required wording, but the message must clearly communicate the health risks posed by a product.

Today, the list has grown to more than 850 chemicals. In 2016, The Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) that administers Proposition 65, updated the legislation requirements.  These changes went into effect in August of 2018, providing clear guidelines for more meaningful context on labels. If your organization sells goods in California, it’s important that you understand the new regulations, or you could face steep fines and penalties.

Will these dissolve easily in warm water or could I crush them? I use them to make cat food.

The product a fine powder. It is inside of a two piece capsule. The capsule will dissolve in warm water, and even in cold water.  However you can easily take the capsule apart and have just the powder.  You can take a hold of one end of the capsule with one hand and take the other hand to the other end of the capsule and exert a twist to both ends to loosen it. Then you can easily pull the two pieces apart and pour out the powder.  The powder does not taste very good taken alone. You could sample the powder your self, and then decide how much to mix in with your cat food.  One capsule per day is for humans. It has from 3 times to 38 times minimum daily requirements of the various ingredients. So IMO each capsule could provide several days of cat food supplement.

Do these have a strong smell? What color is the actual powder? Thank you

Yes. But these vitamins are high quality at a very affordable price.  I wouldn't let the smell deter you from buying this product.  The color is yellow.

Is the B6 equal to or less than 50mg ?

The label reads Vitamin B6,  50 mg, 2,941% DV, B6 (as pryidoxine HCL).  Serving size one capsule. One other view of the product on Amazon does list all the supplemental facts, but are likely hard to read on a small screen.
