Todo llegó bien y en excelente estado. único detalle a considerar es tener cuidado con el empaque y el manejo de envío por parte del vendedor. USPS no cuida los paquetes ni vela por ellos. La cubierta del libro es soft y puede doblarse con facilidad si no viene con una protección extra por parte del vendedor. Todo lo demás está excelente, llegó exactamente lo que pedí. Buen servicio.

A must have!
Very well written and formated. Easy to read and understand. Have lots of practical tips and insights about the lean six sigma methodologies I have not found elsewhere. It is very light on the math aspect but rather emphasizes the why and how which makes managing a lean six sigma projects. The added bonus of the free spreadsheets and forms are truly professional grade are a great resource for all belt levels.

Great 6 Sigma book!
It is an excellent Six Sigma handbook for practitioners on a daily basis. The concept and examples are clear and easy to apply.

Earlier than expected. Great quality book!
Got it 10 days earlier than expected. Shipped directly to Costa Rica and despite being handed over to many carriers along the way, the packaging kept the book intact. No bent corners or wrinkles. The book content is amazing and well organized in different tabs. Great quality paper, easy to read and understand. I can't wait to download the exercise files and follow along the different examples in Mini Tab.
