How to connect Bluetooth speakers?

Is this a Voice recorder too?

Put in a blank tape, and press the "PLAY" button and the "REC" button. 3. Please close to the speaker then record sound in the tape. 4. Press the "STOP" button to stop the record and the"REW" button to quickly go back to the initial position. 5. Press the "PLAY button to play your recorder. 6. Can the device be plugged into a wall outlet for electric power? Or is it only powered by AA batteries or USB?

Requires two AA batteries...no electrical cord connection. It includes an earphone (bud type) and a c-USB computer connection cord.

How is the signal reception?

Worked fine for me, but I'm in an urban area where all the signals I was looking for are strong, couldn't say how it would perform if you were trying to tune in something distant.
