Its better than my last one and I like the microwave pot, my friends think its a bit hippy that I use a cup but I do recommend them albeit it weird to review one , definitely better for your body and I find they make things finish a bit quicker , really weird to review this but hope it helps and this one is comfortable and easy to use once newbies get the hang of it

I love these. I have 3 I think. Very easy to use. With practice, they're easily inserted and removed (I add some cold water to it before insertion to help it). They hold a good amount of liquid and I don't have to worry for most of the day. Definitely more hygienic than pads or tampons. It recommends being emptied and cleaned every 6-12 hours (which I'd say is about right). The outside shell case can be used to sterilise it with water in a dish in the microwave for 3-5 minutes. They're easily carried in the case and portable in a handbag/bag.

I definitely recommend getting this its great it fits brilliantly I have no trouble putting in or taking out its really easy and nice I'm 32years old have had 3 children but by cesarean cos of my epilepsy but these are brilliant thank you ever so much 👍🏼💐

Really thick and firm, which makes it painful to put in and very painful to pull out. I could feel it the whole time… I bought it for the case, but it’s not worth it. I’ve been using period cups for two to three years now, would not recommend this one. It’s too thick and uncomfortable.

I have never used one before and I have found it to be a bit big, I should have done some research before purchasing, that said its most convenient and freeing. It doesn't quite pop back into place when inserted using the c fold method which is a bit frustrating and can be messy how ever I will never go back to using tampons or pads.

Doesn't hold a normal flow very well, leaking and hard to get out was hopfull that this would work out for me, wanted to steer away from using tampons

Bought to replace my usual cup brand as its now been discontinued, prefer this one, less fidely - was concerned with the ‘one size fits most’ as i have a heavy flow and recently gave birth, but it is great, no leaks, easy to use and comfy!

Probably good if you prefer a slightly harder silicone. The holder is very useful for storing and sanitising

Very comfortable and affordable. The quality is very good. Easy to care for and no smell whatsoever. This is the second one I purchase since I like to switch them out twice a year.

Since I recently learned that a significant amount of tested tampons had traces of lead and arsenic I decided to try this out and it’s working out great! It’s a bit uncomfortable to put in and take out but I’m sure I will get used to it and once it’s in there’s no discomfort. Also does what it should!

The container pops open and falls out spilling the water everywhere after less than two mins, so not sure how it can go a full three. But the cup itself works and the container keeps it clean when not in use.

Me encanta, tengo varios meses usándola, me he evitado mucha alergia por las toallas, es fácil de limpiar y fácil de usar, siempre el primer día uso un protector por seguridad, porque se me llena rápido pero el resto de días bien, yo uso esta porque no tengo partos y me va muy bien
