Very good for when you have a sore throat

Sugar-free (yay) and non-menthol which is nice if you find that annoying. One of the few cough drops that is specifically for cough and not sore throat. Pleasant flavor, more cherry than mixed berry but no big deal there. Works for me.

If you need something that works quickly and can get over the taste then these are for you. To me these are like sucking on the liquid cough medicine and the fact that the directions say take one right after the other had me questioning life decisions. I managed to take the 1st lozenge but I could not convince my body to stop revolting so that I could follow the directions and get the full dosage. With that being said…the one lozenge worked for me as I am only fighting off the beginning of a cold with the weird tickle in the back of my throat. I will continue taking one every few hours or so so that I can get through this purchase or cold which ever last longer then I will probably move back to my regular cough/throat lozenges with sugar.

These little dudes are awesome, just got over being sick and the cough was horrible. Pop one of these and it was like the tickle causing me to cough was gone. Last about 2-3 hours. The bad thing is you kinda lose your taste for a while after having one.

Also, the word "Instasmooth" sounds like something a hip new app would promise your love life, so I was intrigued. First, the flavor: it's like a snowstorm and a breath mint got married and had a baby in your mouth. If you're looking for a subtle, gentle breeze of relief—keep walking. These things slap your throat with the power of 1,000 mentholated hammers. You don't ease into comfort, you're launched into it like a throat-coughing rocket to calm-town. And sugar-free? Yes! Finally, a drop that doesn’t turn my mouth into a sticky caramel crime scene. My dentist and pancreas both sent thank-you notes. Effectiveness? Listen, I went from sounding like a dying Victorian orphan to a professional podcast host in under 10 minutes. My coworkers were stunned. One asked if I’d been to a shaman. Nope—just Mucinex. Downsides? Well, the first time I tried one, I made the mistake of biting it. My sinuses were cleared, my ancestors were contacted, and I temporarily saw through time. But other than that, A+. Would I recommend? Only if you enjoy breathing, talking, and not sounding like a haunted accordion.
