Ich nutze die Teigspachtel hauptsächlich, um den Pizzateig aus dem Behälter zu nehmen und genau dafür funktioniert sie hervorragend. Durch den Griff liegt sie sicher in der Hand, sodass das Herauslösen des Teigs viel einfacher und sauberer gelingt als mit meiner vorherigen, normalen Teigspachtel. Für mich ein wirklich praktisches und hilfreiches Küchenwerkzeug.
