Used once with 20 out of the 40 lb option. Glad that I did not get the 60 lb vest. I did the Stairclimber one mile then treadmill for two at 10° (I am 70 yrs old).I love it. Shoulders comfortable. Material seems strong, proportionate to the weight it loads. Cast iron weights are a little too snug and need to be wiggled out when weight was adjusted (it comes loaded) but I got it done.I am exploring rucking as an alternative to distance running as I age. This may work for me.

I go to the gym very constantly every day while I can work, I'm in the process of losing weight so I looked for this one where it has weight, I use the treadmill, this helped me so much that I have had a very big change, it is of good quality, you can choose if you want more or less weight it depends on what you want, it has a brutal quality, it is completely worth it, it will last you a long time

I was very pleased with this vest. I bought it to train with as I have to do a walk test each year to certify going on assignments as a wildland firefighter. The vest is very easy to adjust and is comfortable to wear. The only down side is that I needed a 45 pound vest and not just a 40 pound vest but that is not the fault of the manufacturer. With the added velcro it is easy to add patches or identifiers. Very well built vest, it should last me quite a while.

I have had my 40 lb vest for almost 2 months. Wear it daily when walking. Very comfortable and the weights are easly adjustable. Only issue I have is the side seam has come unraveled already on the front of the vest. The weights are not falling out but looks bad, and should last considerably longer than less than 2 months for the price.

Comfort 9/10Weight adjustability 11/10This is a solid weight vest. Price point to overall quality. I use it for pull ups, dips, running on the treadmill. I am 6’ tall, 190 lbs (in shape) it fits me well, I have the straps tightened all the way for when I run with it otherwise it bounces a little.There are 16 2.5 lb weights to it. So it’s not just a 20-30-40 lb vest. It’s versatile for my use and my wife’s. For other vests weighing 40 lbs I saw a price range of 175-250+ so for the price you pay on this one AND my overall pleasure with it. It’s a STEAL.

No stars, the vest wouldn't stayed tightened. It flopped all over when moving at all. My son tried running in the vest at 20 lbs and the vest completely ripped at the seam. Its completely trashed and cannot be used. The vest feels deceptively stout, but doesn't stand up to any sort of activity. I would give zero stars except for the actual weights, they are solid and better than other sand weights. Overall, junk, unless you are geriatric and plan on using it while in your Lazy Boy chair doing the seated peddle bike. Buyer beware.

Reviewing the 40lb vest.Overall it’s okay. Nothing special- definitely functional but no frills or features. Glad that I got it at a discounted rate.The sizing is goofy. What do I mean? The head hole in the top of the vest is almost too small to fit my head thru. And I don’t really have a big head (hat band size 7 1/8).While the side straps are wayyy oversized. I have to almost cinch them completely down for the buckles to be useful. And it still bounces around on me sometimes. I get it’s made to be universal and fit people of all sizes/fitness levels.in my opinion a Velcro closure that wraps around the front would’ve been a better design to achieve that goal and still be fully functional. I will probably sew in some Velcro to the straps.As far as quality goes. I’m only using 20lbs of weight right now and I have some stitching coming loose. Soo we’ll see how it holds up. I imagine I’m going to need to some repairs eventually.

This is pretty comfy all things considered. Velcro is strong and the whole vest is robust. Love it. Dries fast

Muy buen producto, muy cómodo, cumple con lo descrito en la publicación, sería un mejor producto si tuviera velcros en los costados para un mejor ajuste ya que el broche que tiene con el movimiento continuo tiende a aflojarle, por lo demás un muy buen producto de calidad, lo recomiendo ampliamente
