Works great. Size is t too big. Needed this for my e-bike I bought in Europe. Glad I didn’t have to buy a whole new charger for 3x the price:)

I owned a transformer (not this one) previously and it constantly hummed when in use. This one is silent and has had no issues at all. We relocated from overseas, and it's been so nice to be able to use some of our overseas appliances without any issues.

I had problem with my product. They have great costumer service. Thank you guys.

I plugged this in to the wall socket and it immediately sparked and started smoking, it also electrocuted me. I immediately unplugged it, any longer it would've caught fire as the product was still throwing out sparks. I followed all instructions and it wasn't even switched to 'on' when this happened, I would not recommend buying this.

"As of now, it's working as expected, except for the switch light, which is not functioning." pretty disappointing.

Very useful for the wattage I require. Works excellent for my electrical appliances. The weight was slightly heavy but expected due to the copper coils.

Worked well with small appliances which I got from India. And sometimes if we use it more often like 5 min continuously, we may smell like something is burning inside so it is important to use it like give it a stop when used continuously

If you meet 800 watts, it only works for a few minutes because the brakes don’t support that much power. I need to order another one with 3000 watts.
