Easy to connect and sounds good
Easy to connect and sounds good on both ends. The app allows adjusting the auto shut-off delay, which is good because the default is only 30 min and I don't receive that many calls. The microphone usually doesn't connect if you turn on the headset while in a call.

Inconvenient to use
The person I am talking to cannot hear me clearly, mic cannot be bend so the solution is to cover the mic and hold it near your mouth for you to be heard clearly which is very inconvenient. My ears hurt as well after hours of using it.
