Great notebook for brief daily or occasional notes
At my age, I'm supposed to track my glucose and my weight first thing in the morning, and my glucose multiple times a day, and track my diet...These little memo books are perfect for these daily thins, as well as other things I need to remember by date (or just remember whether I DID them!) I used to use a standard school-type notebook. but found these more convenient; I can make notes where things happen (even at the doctor's office), then take the notebook to my desk and enter it in the computer. There's just one drawback to these: I can no longer read pencil (not black enough), and every pen bleeds through to the other side, so if I had a long note, I couldn't flip to the other side of the page but had to use a new one...until I found "Gel Pens 0.28mm Extra Fine" ballpoint pens. They don't bleed through these thin pages, or show through them, nor skip if you have a steady hand, and they're available from Amazon (in packs of 6).

If you're a cop and still write your notes, go ahead and get these. Can't beat the price. (P.s. be like me and take notes on your work phone if you can, it will change your life.)
