Received a Used/Refurbished Drive Instead of a New One
I received a 1TB drive that appeared to be refurbished rather than a brand-new product. Upon inspection, I found existing content on the drive, and it was labeled 'My Book' despite actually being a Toshiba drive. This raises concerns about the authenticity and quality of the product.
