quick and easy connetion to my mobile phone.
easy and comfortable to wear, it can be worn on either ear. blue tooth connection is fast and reliable you get an in-ear prompt that tells you that you're connected to your mobile it tells you when it's off or on-off. I've asked people on the other end of my call can they hear me OK/properly and clearly, and the answer is always yes, so that with the fact I can hear the other person perfectly. Means for me I was confident in this item, and I'm glad I bought it.

Did not do what it said it would. Did not ask to accept or ignore a call and reception is very poor didn’t cancel out wind or back ground noise.
