Holy Cal this eyeshadow topper is fabulous! It goes on very sheer but it’s holographic! If you look at yourself straight on in the mirror, you see blue in the center of your lid, if you turn to the side you see it on the side. Also, you can build it up and use it on the above your eyeliner.
