This actually does what it says . Give it 45 days.
I bought this for myself, but I ended up giving it to my dad. This is his eighth bottle and it really helps his legs. When it’s a bad flareup, he hast to go to heavier medication, but taking this every day seems to really keep his legs in good shape.

As one gets older the little lymph pumps don't work as well. You start seeing swelling in your feet and ankles. This helps with that

one of the natural items in ingredients made my heart palpatate ! I HAVE THE BOX, OPENED THE BOTTLE AND TOOK ONE CAPSULE. IT MADE MY HEART BEAT UNEVEN, LOTS OF PALPITATIONS AND SCARED ME! I WANT A REFUND !!

Horrible don't buy
I purchased this product because I kept seeing ads for it online. I didn't see any reviews except the reviews on the website that was connected to the ads. I even look for YouTube reviews and Amazon reviews when I first saw the product but there were none. I realize this product was finally on Amazon and I felt safe to order it. To only find out it made my lymphedema even worse it got so bad that I miss work several days because I couldn't wear any of my shoes. It made my feet so swollen that I felt that tingling stinging sensation when your feet is falling asleep all day. I also started to feel like I was being pricked with needles. My feet got so swollen that went anything touched it hurt. I just thank God he got better once I stopped taking it. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. I have pictures but they're so embarrassing I don't want to post them. Especially since the level of lymphedema that I deal with already is already embarrassing for it to swell up even more it's even more embarrassing. The sad part is this product isn't refundable or returnable like other Amazon products. So don't buy it unless you're willing to take the chance that it might make it lymphedema worse or if your not willing to buy a non-refundable product.

Wish it worked.
Think it was more of a scam/bogus. Not very effective. Wish it was. Didn’t want the prescription pill doctor ordered.

It really works!
Nation Health MD Lymph really works. This is my second year using lymph MD. It will make you use the bathroom, that's number 1. Because it have to clean all the waste that is back up in your systems that is causing you to swell in your ankles and legs! I love it and I will continue using lymph MD!

EDEMA-- NOT just water retention, but lymph system backup---- no CURE-- but this WORKS...
This is good stuff. I didn't really FEEL much the first couple days but by day 3, the swelling is almost gone, and the pain DID go fast. I have noticed that if I miss a day of taking them- the swelling tries to return...but a new dose and it goes again. I know there is no cure for this issue-- but this is the closest thing I've seen to one. I'll keep stocked on it all the time...
