Super fast leg recovery after legs day! perfect for spa day at home after working out legs, after feeling the results I can say that these air compression recovery system is a good investment, the fact that they are rechargeable is a great feature because it does not keep me attached to the wall because of the plug. It starts inflating in the feet part working its way up to the calves, upper calves and then up to the tights. Perfect feeling after doing a bunch of squats! It can also be brought to the gym and use them right after working out, yet, I prefer to use them at home. Still besides working out I work on an standing desk so it all works together :) In my opinion they can also be brought to the office to use during breaks since it does come with a convenient carrying bag too! Keep in mind that it goes all the way up to the tights and it is very well made so not part of the leg will be missing its massage :) It is also silent, great when using at night or when someone is taking a nap haha! I like that the boots can be set up to work for 10 minutes up to one hour! they also have three therapy modes and the battery life is up to four hours too! They are also great to have a great cup of tea while enjoying the massage!

I was originally worried that battery operation would result in weaker massages but boy was I wrong. I literally cannot handle the intensity at full strength, and that’s coming from someone who enjoys extremely deep tissue massages. It shortens my recovery times, helps me feel my best and is so easy and compact. The case it comes with is tiny which makes it very easy to pack and take with me. It’s also silent, so roomate does not get bothered when I use it at night. Overall - strong buy! I would do it again and I’ll be recommending it to friends and family. Built very well, so I can trust it for years to come.

I’ve been having severe nighttime leg and foot cramps from bike riding. Nothing I tried worked. A massage probably would, but a short term solution and an expensive one. I used it the day it arrived - no cramping. I didn’t use it the next day and the cramps were back. Used it the third day, no cramps. For the price of two massages, I’ve gotten relief from the cramps. Four stars instead of five as I don’t know how durable this is..

I got these massages/circulating covers for my legs. I do have a massaging chair but it doesn't do anything for my legs. So I got this product to try it out. I like that it's adjustable for the intensity of pressure. There's five zones of massaging functions throughout the leg. You can adjust the time anywhere from as low as 10 minutes and above. It is very easy to use this display. The small size fits me perfectly. I'm 5'6 and 155 lb. The main handheld display charges pretty quickly and holds a charge for a long time. It is very quiet to use. The first time I used it my legs were sore, which is a good thing. I think one of the main things that does is helps with lymphatic drainage of the leg on top of a little bit of massaging. I'm okay with that. I don't expect miracles from this zipper boot to massage my leg like a true masseur. It's definitely very easy to use and operate. I've used it three times and I feel great afterwards. Only time will tell how long the product will last.
