Excellent camera with outstanding image quality Installation was quick and straightforward, and the overall build quality feels solid and well-designed. The picture and video quality are excellent, with sharp details, vibrant colors, and reliable performance both day and night. One of the biggest advantages is the strong support for third-party applications and integrations, making it easy to use with a variety of home automation, security, and monitoring platforms. Setup was seamless, and the camera has been reliable from day one. Overall, this is one of the best cameras I've used. It offers great image quality, dependable performance, and excellent compatibility with other systems. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a versatile camera for home or business use.

I've dealt with so much finicky technology in my life that it's a GREAT relief that something just works out of the box. I mounted the bracket on a wall, attached the camera, plugged in my ethernet cable, and it sprung to life. The mobile app picked it up immediately, the desktop clients (windows and mac OS) both picked up the camera immediately and all I had to do was enter the admin password for the camera. Thank goodness my wife and I can share accounts for the mobile app - greatly simplifies things. Again, I cannot stress enough how this just WORKS out of the box. The PTZ works, snapping still photos, getting videos out of it, setting up recording schedules, WHAT to record, what to detect... incredible stuff! The only thing I could think of that I wish they could add is I wish you could be even more granular on the recording schedule - during certain times I don't want to record animals, but I DO want to record cars and people. Small thing that I doubt many people would even consider wanting, but sure enough it came up for my wife and I. Wonderful product, will recommend to others.

These Reolink outdoor cameras are awesome. I have purchased 2 so far and they work great with no issues. The picture quality is very good and the camera is loaded with features. The kit comes with everything you need to install. However, do your research for a power source, in my case I am using a Reolink NVR for storage and live view. There are a lot of different settings and configurations for adjustability as far as motion sensor, AI tracking, Pan and tilt, etc. My only wish is for an optical zoom option. Note that this camera comes with a FIXED lens, therefore if you want to zoom, it will be digital zoom and you will have video quality loss if you do zoom in. Notes: ● Infrared for black/white night vision ● Flash/light for color night vision (can enable by schedule or set to turn on by motion) ● Pan and tilt adjustability ● AI tracking (camera follows people, cars and pets) ● People, cars and pet detection sensitivity is adjustable

Very nice camera, pretty good quality & easy to install. Very clear image. Night/lowlight is surprisingly clear.

We have several older Reolink 5MP cameras that we like due to not having any fees and the ability to record 24/7. Bought this E1 POE SE for the tracking feature and the spotlight. So far, I’m very impressed with this inexpensive camera. Tracks pretty good and the spotlight works as expected. I was pleasantly surprised at the improved detail the 8 MP camera gets over the older 5MP. Relatively easy to set up and the ability to store the video on an sd card as well as ftp the data or on a server makes this a great option for us. I do wish the vertical range was better but it can still do a good job with proper placement. Setup was easy once you have one POE camera, it’s super simple to add another. The one downside to this camera is that the cable sticks out the side of the camera. I would have preferred that it be able to be hidden under the camera like so many of the other Reolink cameras. A small issue that I think is solved with the more expensive cameras. I’d give this 4.5 stars and rounded it up to 5 since the system doesn’t allow you to give 1/2 stars.overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase and would buy again.

This thing is fantastic for the backyard! I highly recommend it. The pan & tilt work well and the light comes in handy too! I have tw of these for my backyard for good coverage.

I will start by saying that I have 14 Reolink cameras and I am happy with most of their products. I have been switching from the ones that came with the DVR to cameras with the tracking feature. This is the first E1 I have installed (I bought 2). This worked great for about a month and then started getting out of focus. I would adjust the focus within the app and it would work for another few days, until I need to refocus this. This has been going on for a month. I haven't attempted a return because I threw away the box and typically this creates problems with returns. Most Reolink products are great, just not this one.

Good quality UI but you need the app to initiate the RTSP and other settings so you don't need the internet or anything else just this, and a computer with video security software. No POE injector with it or power adapter. 5 stars for effort and a working product.

Camera itself is great, but it came with a 3ft RJ45 cable... what am I supposed to do with that?? The kit I got before adding more cameras came with a 50ft RJ45 cable for each of the 4 cameras in the box... This 3ft cable is useless. I was under the impression every camera would come with a 50ft cable...

Absolute piece of junk. Purchased this for my mother, an elderly woman. Camera died after a couple of months. The Warranty process is ridiculous. They want you to take video, after video, after video basically calling you a liar. I will never recommend REOLINK.
