This product is excellent for the price point. I bought this and used it for 6 months, everyday, for 10+ hours a day at my work. The multiple channels allowed me to pair the devices to my phone (Android) and any Bluetooth enabled computer, while having an extra fob for 2.4G wireless allowed me to be mobile in the event of having to switch workstations as happens so often in my role. This definitely exceeded my expectations as I had 6 months of zero issues. Around the 6 month mark, I began to experience some keys not registering. This was primarily the leftmost side of the keyboard which disabled certain keyboard shortcuts temporarily. The problem would occur when first turning the keyboard on and would only last a couple moments, then the keyboard was functional again. I emailed the support team, expecting to hit a brick wall and not get help. After a couple questions and a quick video showing the issue, they sent me an entire new kit which arrived within a week of my initial communication. They were very helpful, understanding and kind. The product itself I would give 5 stars--the battery life is excellent (in 6 months I maybe had to charge it 3 or 4 times), the keyboard has distinct and tactile keys for hand placement, and the Bluetooth/wireless modes switch within seconds allowing for nearly seamless use. The customer service was outstanding and completely offsets any issues I may have had as it is evident they care to keep their customers happy. I would be more than happy to purchase this product again and have recommended it to multiple friends/coworkers who are looking for similar items.

This is easily one of the best-designed products I've purchased in a long time, packed with significant, **insightful touches** that show they genuinely thought about the customer experience. Where to begin? The unit functions exactly as advertised—I’d say even **better**, considering the portability. The **keyboard size is fantastic** once unfolded, and the setup is super simple. The mouse is also of **fantastic quality**, especially for its light weight. Both the keyboard and mouse feature well-placed **on/off buttons** that won't accidentally trigger when stored in the carrying bag. As a perfect detail, the **USB transceiver stores neatly inside the mouse** when not in use. Honestly, the quality is so good, I plan on using this as my **full-time keyboard**. But here's the **BIG BUT**—the little touches that elevate this product: * The **phone prop** is a wonderful, unexpected accessory that perfectly complements the portable setup. * The **carrying bag** is of supreme quality. Everything is packaged so nicely with **dedicated compartments**, and it's **spacious**. You could easily throw in a few other key travel pieces, like a mouse pad, a USB multi-dongle, or an extra HDMI/USB-C video cable. From receiving the box to opening it and finally using the product, it is a **top-down 100% shockingly quality experience**. **WELL DONE!**

1.5 years in and still working. Only thing that I would suggest they add is a stand for the keyboard. I prefer an elevated keyboard and because this one doesn’t have a built in stand, I have to put it against my laptop to get the elevation. Other than that, this works perfectly fine.

After 2 years the keyboard is functioning however, it's coming apart. I added photos. The Case, mouse and all is still functioning in good health I use it often since I carry my office with me 75% of the time for work. I'm not disappointed but glad because the 2yr warranty wouldn't have covered my product.
