I have regular 1 inch weights, will it fit?? Dont want to waste time.. also whats the max weight i can load

fits 1 inch and has Olympic size adapters. max load would be about 300 lbs

How thick is the bar for loading plates? My plates have a 1 inch diamter hole in the center.

I’m not sure of the diameter or the thickness of the bar but I have metal plates and plastic covered cement plates and they all work on it I enjoy the calf machine

Can you use one inch standard plates on this too?

Hello, this item supports Olympic weights. And the 1" plates can fit to the weight posts. Thank you
