Great customer service!
The mugs are beautiful and replaced some that had broken. I had trouble with the Fed Ex delivery and contacted Heritage Mint to see if they could find where they had been delivered. They went ahead and sent another set to me immediately. The 1 st delivery finally caught up to me when whoever actually got my delivery brought it to my house. I really appreciate everything they did for me.
