This product failed after only 35 days of ownership and minimal use (approximately 4–5 light cleanups). I purchased it specifically for small spills to avoid using a traditional mop and bucket, but it is now completely nonfunctional. While using it today, the unit abruptly shut off and displayed a “low water” indicator, despite the clean water tank being full. The dirty water tank was empty, the battery was fully charged, and the roller was clean and free of debris. I thoroughly inspected and cleaned the unit, including running the self-clean cycle after each prior use. The issue persists, and the product will not operate. I also checked troubleshooting guidance referencing a float valve; however, this model does not appear to have one in the dirty water tank. This suggests either a defect or poor design. This unit was purchased on Amazon and delivered February 16, 2026. Because it failed just beyond the 30-day return window, I am now being directed to the manufacturer and expected to pay $25 for shipping on a defective product that has barely been used. This is unacceptable. A product of this type should not fail after only a handful of uses. I expect Shark and/or Amazon to replace this defective unit immediately at no cost, including shipping. Where has this been all my life?! I got tired of running the roomba or my cordless vacuum “which I love both of them” but then I’d have to take the swiffer and change the pad every little bit and I’m having shoulder surgery soon so pushing and pulling the swiffer wasn’t very friendly to my shoulder. The shark is much easier and it does it all at one time! You don’t have to push it, it kind of pulls itself from the roller cleaning the floor so it’s much friendlier on my shoulder! I highly recommend! Oh and the self cleaning is so satisfying to watch!

This is a great vacuum mop that works great. For day to day spills or just general mopping, this is a very convenient low hassle cleaning tool. The only complaint I have is the waste bin is very small and the mop automatically shuts off before it even gets full. So what I ended up doing was taking a piece of tape to cover the top of the sensors so that it stops shutting off on me. This was a total game changer because when it prematurely shuts off thinking the bin is full it can get super frustrating.

this does a good job overall. strong suction and it makes cleaning floors quicker than using a mop and vacuum separately. i like that it is cordless and easy to move around. the downside is it drips water sometimes, and when you turn it off it can leave a little dirty water behind which is kind of annoying. not a dealbreaker but something to be aware of. overall i’d say it is alright, not perfect but it gets the job done.

I hate washing floors and delegate that job to someone else in the house. But it wasn't getting done and I needed a quick but easy answer. I am a diehard dyson fan but was not going to shell out nearly a $1000 for their version of this. Bought my first Shark and I doubt it will be my last. This thing is incredible! I have 3 dogs including a lab who sheds his entire coat, every day, year round. I had very little confidence that this wet vac was going to be able to handle the hair. While I still vacuum before using this, the hair is never ending, and this vac can get it with ease. I love the smell of the spring clean floor cleaner. We have a large home that is entirely hard floors: tile, LVP, and original hardwoods. It cleans them all fantastically and the dirty water is gross. It is doing a much better job than our spin mop system and the super expensive Norwex system. Love that it's battery! I can do the whole house with charge to spare (3000 sqft of flooring) but the water reservoir is small and has to be refilled 2.5 times to get the whole house done. The dirty water needs to be emptied at each refill, but it's all easy to do so not really a huge issue. Best part is when you're done cleaning the dirty water holder is super easy to empty out and clean for the next time. The vac goes back on it's charger and pressing power sends it into a quick self clean mode. This is particularly handy in my case because it brings all the dog hair off the roller and pushes it to the plastic cover that goes over the roller. I pop that off, clean off the dog hair and I'm done. I did all the floors in my house (3000 sqft) in about 30 minutes. BUY THIS RIGHT NOW.

My mom has a Tineco iFloor3 Breeze which she loves, so I decided to drive the Shark version a try because I have many other Shark products that I love. Pros: shows battery level, can use on rugs and low pile carpet, charges on the base. You can pour the water out of the dirty water tank without taking the lid off which is nice, considering it fills up pretty fast and you'll likely have to empty it multiple times with each use. Cons: barely cleaned my floors at all. The brush roll is so thin that it didn't come down low enough to get my entire tile wet, you can see there are streaks of dry spots even if I go over each area multiple times. Battery sucks and dies quickly, would not get through my entire 2 bedroom apartment with a full battery. Both water tanks seem to have less capacity than the Tineco, I would have to empty and refill multiple times just to get through my two bedroom apartment. Suction is not as good as the Tineco, and self propel is very weak, much weaker than the Tineco. I would mop my floors with this multiple times and the water would still be dirty. It barely picks anything up. Overall I was pretty disappointed and ended up returning this and purchasing the Tineco iFloor3 Breeze, not sponsored by them or anything it's just a WAY better product overall and similar price. Hope this helps someone that's struggling to decide between the two as much as I was!!

LOVE IT! Here are a few things to know... Pros -Farm house approved! We are a cat, dog, muddy boots from the barn house, this has been a great quick and easy clean after our chaos crew! -Baby quiet! My baby falls asleep to the sound of this vaccum -easy to clean, just add it to the routine! - light and easy to use with one arm! -leaves house smelling amazing and fresh! -love the self cleaning mode! Cons -Minor leaking after use,a quick swipe with a paper towel not a big deal but be mindful - minor streaking not a perfect application on the floor, not enough to impead performance -not designed for large amounts of fur (nor was I expecting that) -Be mindful of things like rocks and small plastic pieces ( scratching the floor) Over all very happy with this product, makes spills, accidents and daily cleaning much easier! I love that the kiddo and animals aren't phased by it and it is easy to take apart for maintenance! This isn't a runaround as fast as you can vaccum, for it to give the best results just walk a little slower. That being said saves much more time than sweeping and mopping, it dries fast and has been kind to my laminate and tile flooring!
