OptixCare 50 Count Eye Cleaning Wipes for Animals (Pack of 2)

These have make all the difference to keep my dogs chronic dry, goopy eye clean. It keeps him comfortable and clean.

My sweet little Yorkie has tear stains like a lot of small dogs and I’ve tried a few things here and there and I clean his eyes daily but the stains were still there. I did a search and this came up as a good product so I’ve been using it now for a few weeks and I’m surprised… it is working. I can’t believe it, under his little eyes are so much better, there’s a tiny bit of staining still there but not nearly like it was and I’m happy with this. I’m assuming the rest of it will come off eventually.

My 15 year old lab tolerated wiping her eyes very well and the wipes seemed to soothe her eyes. The wipes did not remove all of the stain from one of the eye areas, so that's the reason for 4 stars. The size of the wipe is very generous.

These are great for my English bulldog who has dry eyes. Every morning she has goobers that I have to clean out of her eyes and these don’t burn her sensitive eyes like some other wipes and are thin. I use them with the 1-Drop Vet Gel drops.

I needed something to help with my golden retriever’s morning eye booger and the staining that they caused. Over time the stains disappeared and I no longer found myself clearing his boogers with my fingers. He seemed to like them too.

I bought these on the recommendation of my vet-I actually bought a bunch of OptixCare products (gel, spray, drops, wipes)-because my dog has a tumor on his lower eyelid and I need to keep his eyes debris free. Given that it's a pack of 50, I actually expected the wipes to dry out long before we got through them all. Imagine my surprise when I opened the package this morning to pull out a wipe only to find that there's mold on all the remaining wipes (points to those dark spots on the wipes). No idea if it was a bad batch, weird series of events, or if this is a common occurrence, but didn't appreciate trashing more than half the package.So, while the wipes were fine when they didn't have mold on them-they were gentle around both the dog's and cat's eyes-be super careful in case this wasn't an oddity and check the wipes before using.
