My original tablet case worked great when I got it in 2019 and was traveling weekly. I use the tablet infrequently these days and the vinyl cover had just disintegrated. I wanted something that was functional that was not vinyl. This case fit my criteria! It perfectly fits my Samsung Tab A (2017). The exterior has a great texture so you have a good grip on the case. The plastic is surprisingly thick so if the tablet did fall, it would soften the resulting impact. I know my tablet is getting old, but there is still functionality left in it. When my tablet is no more, this case will still look great!

Solid case. Offers excellent protection an easy to grip. The controls are easily accessible and it's simple to insert and remove the Tab A from/into the case. I bought this primarily to give the Tab more "grip" so that it does not slip; The protection offered is a bonus. Highly recommended and for under $10, it's a steal.

Fits perfect, comfortable to hold, nice grips on side, buttons work easily, holes are accurate. The speaker was not cut out on mine and the tread pattern on the back is slippery. Still a super nice case that does what it should.

A great find in 2025 for my old tablet: Galaxy Tab A (2017) SM-T380. MAKE SURE YOU ORDER YOUR COVER FOR THE CORRECT MODEL/YEAR TABLET! Fits like a glove, all the holes in exactly the right places and the right size. Most impressed with the holes for earphone plug and USB-C charger, as they're perfectly sized to allow plugs to inset. The material is heavier than you might expect, but the protection is outstanding. A little extra padding in the corners for extra protection. Two very minor drawbacks: The surface isn't quite as grippy as one would hope, but the texture on the sides more than makes up for it. The push-button covers work so well that it's easy to accidentally press them. Neither of these minor nitpicks is enough to deduct from a 5-star review.

Easy to put on and take off, but wouldn't ever slip out. Makes the tablet more substantial and nicer to hold. I don't currently have a screen protector on my tablet, but the case would accommodate one. I've dropped it once since putting the case on and the tablet is completely fine.
