Great product, great seller.
Item arrived in brand new packaging. It works exactly as intended. For anyone else with compatibility issues you must update the firmware on this device for it to fully operate. You can do this on a windows pc. Regardless, in running EPOS H6 Pro open back with this amp and they sound great. The best feature of this device is the chat mix wheel, which allows you to balance your game and chat volume. It works great, and no software is required. I highly recommend this product.

Sound is great!
Works great, easy to use and functions exactly how it’s supposed to. It connects easy with great sound quality and easy volume control. It’s a great value for what you’re spending to really be able to enjoy your games and discord with your friends!

Sound issues
This is the second amp I’ve had and both of them had sound issues after using them. I need to put weight on the amp for the sound to actually come through how it’s supposed to. I’m guessing a loose wire or something internally? Either way this is the second amp it has happened to. Pretty upsetting.

Absolutely not for xbox
Can't be used for xbox but as a pc and ps5 at this price hard to say no. Sounds good and can power sennheiser 6xx with plenty of headroom.

Mixamp for the Astro a40 PlayStation version
They are definetly worth it for the headset. I just don’t like that you can’t buy them together really and the price can definetly be cheaper. But overall, to me there’s not another headset like it. I’ve had multiple headsets and the Astro 40s + this mixamp is to me the best thing out there for the sound, functionality, and comfort.
