Game changer for arthritis in wrist
I’ve developed septic arthritis in my left wrist which means it doesn’t move much and can’t hold much weight in my hand. Looking for a solution to help slowly rebuild some muscle and found this bear claw wrist cuff. It’s brilliant!!! Really strong with the Velcro strap. Comfortable on my wrist. Means I can contact some bungee cords to the heavy duty metal rings, strap the cuff on my wrist and do some exercises without needing to hold a dumbbell in my hand. Don’t hesitate if you have wrist issues.

Buy them!
I made the mistake of buying cheap straps in the past off eBay, which didn't last 2 months because the Velcro gave out. I love these and so far can't fault them. They're smart, come in a great useful bag and they're tough. I use them as thigh straps and they can shift serious weights without slipping or the Velcro ripping. The D rings are nice and tough too, not flimsy metal. The fluffy lining makes them really comfortable - also useful when using heavy weights; they don't cut into you. A great fit as ankle straps or doubled up for thigh straps. I don't know what the fuss was about the smell: they smelt briefly of new gym equipment when I took them out of the bag (what's not to like about that?). The smell dissipated after the first use and isn't an issue at all. Easy to use and great value for money.

Good strong gym cuffs
These work well. Mostly use them on shoulder day on the cable machine. Good thick cuffs and they are strong.

AMAZING SIZING AMAZING STABILITY
I've never written an Amazon product review. These straps saved my life. I love them so much. They're super stable and ACTUALLY FIT ME. As a woman, it's impossible to find wrist cuffs that fit my wrists because they always double as ankle cuffs. These cuffs are PERFECT. Thank you, Bear Grip. I love you.
