So much extra support ! Comfort is always a must, found it’s much better to suck in your stomach a little and the put on the belt. Easy to adjust. Lightweight. Lg.

I like this very much. I found this brace very functional and comfortable. The X system pulls everthing together.For me it pulled my jumbar together.It is a good procduct and worth the money. .

Excellent brace. I don't use it enough to say if the copper is doing anything but at least the support part is great. The back lumbar support fits me well, so well that I sometimes use it while sitting down when working for hours in my computer. It helps me keep a good posture for the long hours ahead. I love that the side straps adjust far enogh to keep a good hold when needed and soft enough to sometimes insert a cold pad in between the brace and my back. I also like how big (top to bottom or height, how ever you want to call it) is. It really supports my back. I use it to give me extra support when I have to lift my handicapped mother out of bed. I recommend this product.

This is not my first rodeo with the product, I've had a previous Copper Fit for 12 years, the only reason I am getting a new one, is the adesive has lost its grip on the old one and will not stay on and inplace. I got the new Copper Fit X-back brace and I am happy to say, "I am extremely impressed!", the adesive locks well and using the additional tightening straps, gave me such a secure grip, my back was in heaven. I recommend this product to all who are having lower back issues and need support.

I have RA and ordered this brace to help my back pain. It has helped me so much. I am able to do things that used to hurt my back such as gardening, standing for a long time, walking. If you are suffering from lower back pain this brace is certainly worth trying.It's very easy to put on. It stays in place. It is worth every penny!!

Nowhere as good as I expected.I have used a support belt for a very long time now. Since a neurosurgeon found and fixed my issue the best that a top end hospital can, I don't use one as much. I have used the Walgreens product, Mueller, and it would last maybe a year, I was okay with that.This one here had a larger coverage area on the low back.If the product was made better, it mi f it work better, for me. Everyone's back issue's are different as are those relief that someone might get from a Copper Fit.The Muellers materials are much stronger as is their Velcro that locks the belt together. By the 5th or 6th week of less than average use, the velcro keep letting go, eventually getting it to lock in place.I expected more than I got in pain relief, build quality and price.Lesson learned for me. I would not recommend this belt to my friends.Sorry Copper Fit, nice try though.

I’ve been using this at the gym for quite some time. My trainer mentioned since I like to bake, maybe use it at home when I am standing, bending and baking a lot to protect my lower back. It also helps when I am vacuuming, making the bed, etc.There’s a lot of things around the house when I am cleaning that have the back supported this helps with!I kept forgetting to take it back and forth, so I finally broke down and bought one for my gym bag I keep in the car and one for home.They aren’t inexpensive, but my back it worth the expense.
