I have been using these for about 6 months or so and I know everyone seems to be on the LMNT bandwagon for electrolyte mix but these are a more cost effective option and they dont taste bad.The watermelon flavor was pretty bad but the strawberry is pretty good! Just add half a lemon if the flavor is too much for you!

If you like LMNT you will love this!I have constant muscle spasms and when I do I drink this immediately. My spasms are gone within seconds due to the high salt. This is half the price of LMNT and actually tastes better. The salt taste isn’t overpowering as some of the other brands .

I've tried some of the more well-known electrolyte packet brands, and these have been a great, much more affordable alternative. I was looking for a high-sodium, sugar-free option to help support hydration, and these have fit the bill nicely without the premium price tag.I like that they're sweetened with stevia and erythritol rather than sugar, and the individual packets are incredibly convenient. I keep a few in my work bag for everyday use and also bring them along on hikes or other outdoor activities when I know I'll need extra hydration support.As expected with a high-sodium electrolyte mix, these do taste fairly salty, but not in an unpleasant way. Most of the flavors were quite good, although a few had a slightly artificial aftertaste that reminded me a bit of flavored lip gloss. Even so, it wasn't strong enough to keep me from drinking them or purchasing them again.For anyone who needs additional hydration support, especially those managing conditions that can make staying hydrated more challenging, these are a budget-friendly option worth considering. Overall, I think they offer a great balance of ingredients, convenience, and value, and I'll likely continue to keep them on hand.

I buy this monthly. I love the quantity (30) I get for the price. The ingredients are the same as LMNT for a fraction of the price. The texture is perfect, and it is easy to dissolve in water or juice. I tried the variety pack first and liked them all but landed on the grapefruit as my favorite. It's refreshing and pairs perfectly with the salty sweet profile.

They taste a little salty as some reviewers have mentioned but not too bad at all. The strawberry flavor is mild but pleasant. I instantly feel better after drinking one of these in my water bottle. This Texas sun can deplete you very quickly so I keep these at hand.

These packets work and are effective at hydration and the price point is good. However the flavor and taste is A LOT…I’ve tried every flavor in the variety pack and not liked a single one. They say it’s “natural flavors” but it tastes like they were turned up to 100, like huffing an jello packet. Even the smell is overpowering.The sweetness tastes off as well because of the stevia. It is overpowering too and there is not enough citric acid to balance that out.I’ve been looking for a new electrolyte packet after realizing my go to formula had extra b vitamins which my body can’t metabolize well. But even at the appealing price point, I guess this one won’t work for me either.

This is the most affordable and highest sodium level electrolyte powder that’s great for POTS. These taste as good as possible for a salty drink powder. Highly recommended!
