Zinus 10 Inch Queen Green Tea Essential Memory Foam Mattress, Medium Feel

Most honest review, it’s amazing for its price and all it’s literally the best mattress ever! We are buying the king because we need the room and keeping the queen to replace our spare room bed because they are just that good! Firm but not rock firm, not too heavy, doesn’t have that weird smell some mattress’s get, great support and that comes from someone with chronic hip and back issues. It’s not overly thick just the right size. And it doesn’t make you hot like some memory foam things can do! BUY BUY BUY.

This mattress is extremely comfortable and provides a nice balance of softness and support. The memory foam contours to the body without feeling overly firm or causing you to sink too deeply. I especially appreciate how breathable and cool it feels throughout the night compared with other memory foam mattresses. It has made sleeping much more comfortable, and I wake up feeling well rested. Overall, a great mattress for the price. No odor also.

I recently purchased the Zinus 10 Inch Green Tea Essential Memory Foam Mattress, and overall I’m very impressed with the comfort and value for the price. The mattress arrived compressed in a box, and setup was surprisingly easy. It expanded close to full size within a day, and any slight odor disappeared pretty quickly. The comfort level exceeded my expectations. The memory foam contours nicely to the body and provides a soft, supportive feel without being overly firm. I’m mainly a side sleeper, and it does a great job relieving pressure around my shoulders and hips. It also absorbs motion very well, so movement on the other side of the bed is barely noticeable. Another thing I like is how lightweight and manageable the mattress is compared to traditional mattresses. The green tea infusion helps keep it feeling fresh, and the breathable foam design seems to help somewhat with airflow. The only downsides are that it can retain a little heat during warmer nights, and the edge support could definitely be stronger. Sitting on the edge causes it to sink more than expected. I also think heavier sleepers may prefer a thicker or firmer model for long-term support. Overall, this mattress offers excellent value for the money and feels much more comfortable than I expected at this price point. It’s a great choice for guest rooms, apartments, first homes, or anyone looking for an affordable memory foam mattress that still feels comfortable and supportive.

This mattress is very comfortable and provides excellent support. It helps me sleep better throughout the night and reduces back pain. The material feels soft but still offers good firmness. This is hands down the absolute most uncomfortable mattress I’ve ever had the displeasure of trying to sleep on. It is advertised as medium firmness, but boy let me tell you.. this is not medium firmness. This is firm firm. This no body support, arm falling asleep, hip pain the next day, level of firm. I’m 37 weeks pregnant and we bought this mattress a couple of months ago to put in the nursery. I’ve been keeping my husband awake all night with my newly developed pregnancy snoring, so we’ve been mostly sleeping separately since he has to wake up at 4 am every day. He tries to be the one who primarily sleeps on this mattress because it is not pregnancy friendly at all. But every now and then I’ll switch with him because he ends up going to work with bad body pain from this brick of a mattress. The nights I try to sleep on it, I don’t sleep. I toss and turn for hours. I mean for a good 6 or 7 hours I’m just there trying to find a way to sleep. So anyways, I do not recommend this mattress for anyone who expects actual medium firmness, because it’s not that. Not even close. I should return it but I’m not really sure how. I gave it a good shot hoping it would eventually break in or something. It is slept on every night either by me or my 250 lb husband who isn’t making a dent in its firmness.

For the past three years I've been having to travel out of state to sort, clean, and prepare my Parents' estate for auction. I probably have another year to go. During this time I've been staying at my Brother's house in his office. I've gone through three air mattresses, and two cots; I'm so tired of my sleep system failing and waking up with a sore back. Time to get a real bed. I wasn't looking for anything fancy. just something that would provide adequate comfort and support to get me through the next year or so. I decided to try this ZINUS mattress. I was afraid to go too thin since I was using a frame that touted it didn't require a box-spring. so I ordered the 10 inch version. Turns out this mattress is dense enough I could have gone thinner. The 10 incher sits pretty high, compared to what I'd become accustomed to. Not a bad thing, just took a bit of adapting on my part. As claimed, it arrived in a tall, narrow box. Once freed from its bag, the mattress unfurled and took shape almost immediately. Within minutes it had fluffed out to its full form and was ready for use. The memory foam is pretty firm. I've got a pillow-top mattress at home, so this is a very dramatic departure from that. It's also a very positive departure from needing to sleep on a slowly deflating air mattress or a sagging cot. I've opted to use a foam camping pad to sort of even things out for me, and that's worked out amazingly. Although after a couple weeks of use the mattress softened up enough that I could use it without the camping pad and find it to be rather comfortable. It offers great support, is completely silent, it looks nice, and I feel it's a terrific value for what it is. If you're already acquainted with firmness of memory foam, then you're all set; you should be perfectly happy with this mattress. If you're not, then you may not be as content, or will need some time to adjust to it. Thanks to my camping pad idea, I've been quite pleased with it. I'd say this is the perfect bed for a guest room, or for a situation where you're just starting out on your own, or starting over. For the cost of a couple air mattresses, this will last a whole lot longer, offer way more support, and require a lot less maintenance and cleaning, and is far less likely to fail on you.

Great mattress for the price! Firm, but we like it that way. It doesn't have the smell others mentioned. Bought for our lake house, and everyone has been happy with the new addition!

The mattress it’s self is fine came clean and no weird smell but it is rock hard so very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Very happy with this mattress. No strong smell when opened and it is comfortable. I would recommend.

Je suis surprise de la qualité de ce matelas (format grand/queen). Il a pris sa forme rapidement après avoir été déballé. Je ne voulais pas investir trop cher pour un matelas de visiteurs qui ne sert pas souvent. Je cherchais aussi à choisir un matelas assez léger qui me permet de le déplacer seule. Au niveau du poids, il est plus pesant et pas évident à bouger. Toutefois, je l'ai essayé et je suis surprise du niveau de confort malgré sa fermeté. Je m'attendais à caller dedans, ce qui n'est pas le cas. Je reste en surface tout en étant très confortable. Je ne vois pas trop comment il est infusé de thé vert car, honnêtement, il est totalement inodore. Mes invités seront aux anges. Merci Zinus

Good quality mattress and overall very comfortable. However, when you stay in the same position for a long time, you can feel yourself sinking into the mattress. It has good support, but I wish it maintained its firmness a little better over tim

The mattress is much firmer than I expected, especially since I was looking for a softer, cozy feel. It also did not expand to the advertised 10 inches after giving it time to fully expand. The mattress is usable, but the firmness and thickness were disappointing compared with what I expected from the description. If you prefer a soft, plush mattress, this may not be the best choice.
