No, once you add it to a bottle of water, the small 9 OZ spring water, YOU DRINK IT!!! I know, it is very hard to drink water, I force myself, I do not mix it with full bottle, too much to drink too much to put up with the taste, I mix with just half a bottle, and just drink the darn thing in one shot and get over with. The more you sip, the harder it gets. It does help a lot to mix it with iced cold water though. Wish you the best.

For how long, how many OZ of water, is this bottle enough?

It's hard to say but I drank 1- 2 bottles of water, with these drops, a day throughout my pregnancy and I opened a second bottle and stopped using it a week or so after delivery and I have basically a full bottle. MONTHS worth.
