GREAT HOLSTER. DOES THE JOB.
Great in-pocked option for Glock 26. This product flat out works. Fits the G26 perfectly, soft inside so won't harm your finish (if you care) and drawing is easy, and the rubbery sticky outside part and the design with the "hook" really works; it keeps the holster inside your pocket and only the gun comes out. GREAT GREAT product. I returned my Galco King Tuk. For me, with my lifestyle, I just cannot realistically expect to carry IWB with that type of holster; forget needing pants one size too big, try two sizes. If you don't dress like a total slob, just does not work. The design of this Nemesis defeats printing too; the slab part sticking out makes it seem like a square thing is in your pocket, not a gun. Won't fit in tight jeans or tight suit pants, but for regular shorts (not even super extra baggy cargo pants needed), any pants with moderately large pocket (which is any other than skinny pants and skinny jeans, it works. I don't usually take the time to write reviews (for any product) but carrying a gun is serious business and a lot of folks have offered me free advice so I want to pay it forward. I have tried the king tuk, simple IWB single clip leather, and this in the pocket options. For you newbies, you have to be realistic about your lifestyle, the people in your life, who you work with. Are you really going to carry every day, all day? Can you walk into your office carrying IWB? Because with the King Tuk option, it is not possible to remove it without undoing your belt and probably also your pants zipper and button. Are you under 45 and dress reasonably stylishly (you're not a fat slob like the 21 year old punks you see when you google IWB options and view images)? It's not realistic. In my case, I carry when I'm walking the dog and other casual situations when I can wear baggy shorts, it's dark, nobody around (unless it's a bad guy who might attack me), certainly not hundreds of people like my crowded daytime downtown office scene. If you are like me, and it's just not realistic to carry every day monday - friday (few of my friends, co-workers, or family even know I own a gun), but you can see a realistic need and might carry when you walk your dog, when you don't expect to be sitting with unsuspecting gun-hating leftist co-workers in your tight suit pants at lunch on Wednesday, then this pocket holster is your best option, along with the simply one-clip designs that are easier to put on and take off and work just fine or BETTER, and even appendix carry (it's fine, don't keep one in the pipe and finger off trigger-appendix carry is best option if you don't have to sit down). I returned my Galco King Tuk. If your instincts are "how can that huge thing be the best option?" you are right. That feeling is probably coming from your own subconscious feeling about how you dress and the crowds in which you run in your daily life. I am thrilled with this Desantis Nemesis for my Glock 26. If your piece fits in your pocket, this holster does the job.

An excellent holster, far superior to the one which came with my LCP 10th Anniversary Edition.
I purchased this holster as a replacement for the old, worn out, deteriorating holster which came packaged with my Ruger LCP 10th Anniversary Edition, which is essentially a hybrid between the LCP Custom and LCPII, with the basic form factor of the LCP Custom, but the improved front and rear slide serrations of the LCPII, complete with a Stainless Steel slide. In spite of reviews which claim that the Nemesis Holster is no better than the one which came packaged with their LCPII, I was confident that it would be better because my brother carries his LC9s (basically the LCP's big brother) in a Nemesis Holster, which was far nicer than the holster that came with my LCP ever was. Upon receiving my holster, it was immediately confirmed to me by look and feel alone that it was indeed a superior holster, which really shouldn't be surprising considering that it's a premium holster being pitted against a freebie pack-in holster. The exterior of the Desantis Nemesis Pocket Holster is completely rubberized with a light yet sticky octagonal pattern texture, which makes it far more sticky than the stock Ruger LCP holster which merely have a lightly wavey pattern textured band of rubber stitched to the outside of the holster. What's more, this rubber coating enables the holster to hold its shape, whereas the stock Ruger LCP holster always had a disconcerting tendency to collapse in on itself if the LCP wasn't centered perfectly when inserted into the holster, in which if you hit the edge of the holster, then it would get folded into itself as you lowered the LCP back inside. Obviously, this presented something of a safety hazard, so I was forced to remedy it by always being very careful about putting it back into its holster by removing it from my pocket, placing it inside the holster, then putting the holster and gun back into my pocket together. Granted, this isn't something one would often run into, seeing as you have to draw the pistol before it would be a problem, but if you're like me and you keep it on you at all times, thus making it your go-to when examining a bump in the night for lack of anything better, then it can be a problem. In addition, the Nemesis holster is of higher build quality than the stock holster, with sturdier construction, thicker matierals, and a shape which fits my pocket better, thus keeping it in place better, and it has much tighter retention on the LCP itself. In conclusion, contrary to what I have read in other reviews which claim that this holster is no better than the one that comes packaged with the LCPII, the Desantis Nemesis is a far superior holster to the one that came packaged with my Ruger LCP 10th Anniversary Edition, which was released after the LCPII as a special commemorative edition, mind you. So unless the LCPII is being packaged with Ruger-branded Desantis Nemesis Holsters, (which would admittedly be swell) then I can only conclude that others are exaggerating or otherwise never bothered to actually carry their LCPII within the included holster to begin with, and are merely making an evaluation based on first impressions of how the two look and feel side by side with absolutely no first-hand experience to back it up. At any rate, I can safely say that this is better than the flimsy pack-in holster that came with my LCP 10th Anniversary Edition, and I wish that I had purchased one years ago, leaving the pack-in holster in box.

Great little holster for the revolvers.
When I ordered this little holster I was aware of this company's superb reputation. I own a couple of other of their holster for semis and they fit perfectly. This one is for my little S&W 632TI revolver. After getting it in and checking things out, its obvious this one is as well made and fit as my others. Amazon said that this particular one was seldom returned. I can testify for that. She's a keeper!

Good holster with small quirks
First off, this holster is great. Fits the gun decent and it takes away every reason to not carry plus gives u a great option for dual carry (and should u ever be held at knife point...i wouldn't try this if the bad guy had a gun already pointed at u...u can tell him you'll give him your wallet and out comes a .380 instead). After about...6ish? months of literally everyday carry, its loosened up but still fits snug enough. First time I used the holster (I test all my holsters this way, usually on a day or every two day basis so its muscle memory should I need it to save my life), I practiced drawing it....no joke, pulled it out of my pocket and thought "crap, the holster came with it"...till i looked at the gun...no holster. It came out so smooth I didn't realize the holster was still in my pocket. Yes some reviews have commented that the gun can come out, and yes it can, hence the 4 stars. I've had this happen on several occasions. Every time it has happened its been while I'm in my car waiting to go into work. The simple fix....before, or when u sit down push it either farther into your pocket so the muzzle of your gun/front corner of the holster is dipped into the very corner of your pocket, or two shift your pocket so it falls to the side of your leg. Sometimes i push it up on top of my thigh which holds it very tight with the drawback that should i need to draw while sitting...well I'd probably be dead unless the bad guy was otherwise pre occupied. The other reason for the 4 star review is that DeSantis claims its some kind of miracle sticky substance...well its just not. It isn't super sticky or anything, the bottom of your shoes are probably stickier, but it gets the job done and its better than carrying without a holster. Overall good holster, great draw stroke as long as your pockets aren't uber small, and it takes away any excuse you have to not carry...unless your naked.

Stays put!
Ii carry in my waitband, not attached to belt. This holster stays where you put it. Does not ride up or slip down. It also works great for pocket carry; holster stays in pocket when gun is drawn. If I am permitted to mention other brands, Desantis is much more reliable than Stickey holsters because of the above reasons.

DeSantis Nemesis Vs. Sticky Holster
DeSantis Nemesis Vs. Sticky holster I have an Airwieght 360 exposed hammer, Airweight. Similar to the 640, 642, 637, 442 etc. DeSantis Nemesis: Good fit, well made, sticky rubber outer, satin nylon lined, nice and thin. Slightly larger, more squared off than the Sticky holster and heavier (not quite twice as heavy). It barely fits in a "Dickies" front pocket, which is an average to larger sized pocket. The bottom of the holster is open which makes it shorter than the Sticky holster by about a 5/8" or so and may allow debris to enter the barrel from the bottom (keep your pockets clean)? It seems odd that the Nemesis "flap" is so long it makes the unit too big (wide) for many pockets, but yet, is shorter than the sticky holster. With good tension (a snug waistband), this holster does a great job of keeping my J frame in place. The nylon lining aids in a smooth and easy draw. I really like the holster, I would like it more and probably use it more often for pocket carry if it wasn't so wide. I'm sincerely considering modifying the "tab." For me, It makes a perfect IWB (in the waistband) for a light revolver. Sticky holster MD5: Good fit, well made, comfy outer, coarse nylon lined, very light. Slightly smaller, more rounded than the Nemesis holster and lighter. The Sticky holster has a foamy/spongy/rubbery outer that stays in place as well as the Nemesis but at half the weight. Pocket fit is no problem in any of my pockets. Having the light weight and a "spongy" outer contributes to the comfort in concealed carry. The Sticky holster seems to have more of a "wrap around" fit making the draw need a bit more force with a revolver than the Nemesis. I suppose this is good if you are going to be hanging upside down and shaken like a kid in the hands of a bully. Kidding aside, I don't think either holster will allow your firearm to fall out under normal conditions. I really like the Sticky holsters and have one for my Ruger LCP (different model Sticky holster of course). I had the LCP in the waistband of some swim shorts and forgot it was there. A definite winner for pocket carry. However, I prefer the Nemesis for IWB carry. Against the skin, I think the Nemesis will keep more moisture away from the firearm. I failed to mention that the Nemesis is slightly stiffer, therefore making it more comfortable in the waistband with a revolver. In my opinion, for lightweight revolvers, Sticky holster for in the pocket and Nemesis for in the waistband.

Read the instructions for good fit
I bought this holster for my S&W 642 UC. When I opened the package, I thought there's no way that it would fit in the totally flat, stiff holster. There was a paper instruction in the package on how to "break in" the new holster, saying to put a sock over the pistol and force it into the opening, then leave it overnight. I put two sweat socks on my gun, pushed it into the holster and gave it a day. When I removed the gun, took off the socks the pistol slid effortlessly into the holster which now had a matching opening. So, sometimes it pays to read the instructions. This is a first class product and I can recommend it for owners of J-Frame snub nose pistols
