Ordered this cap and needle after spraying polyester primer filler with a 1.7. What a difference. Primer laid out nice and wet from the A610. Wish they would include this in the kit!

I ordered the Aeropro A610 and it came with a 1.3, 1.5, and 1.7. I wanted a nozzle that would spray thicker materials without having to thin them out too much. So I ordered this 2.0 mostly to spray latex paints. It worked great without having to thin the paint too much. It really lays down a lot of paint in a short amount of time. I couldn't believe that a LVLP gun would cover so much area without using the amount of air that a HVLP uses. If you have a small compressor setup and need to lay down the thick layers of paint, then this setup will work outstanding. I would definitely recommend this spray nozzle setup for your A610. It might also fit the R500 gun but I am not certain. The nozzles look identical...

Great product. I like the aeropro brand. They make a good gun that will not break the bank.
