Great mat to practise on. Beit golf, sitting and playing ball games etc, this mat is wonderful. Easy to see, you can lift it up and shake it out to keep it clean. Five stars from me.

Soft and not too spongy. Fantastic grass to be teeing off from. My husband says it makes practicing easy and really helps him get in the zone.
