Super produit qui a bien amélioré mes nuits et qui a limité mon bruxisme. A voir combien de temps la gouttière tiendra avant de devoir être changée. Attention a ne pas chauffer l'eau au delà des 80C lors du thermoformage car la matière devient trop molle.

Llevo años usando férulas de descarga y quería probar estas para ver qué tal. Diré que me cargué dos al intentar moldearlas porque las instrucciones no son las más claras. Recomiendo la compra, pero estaría bien que la descripción del proceso fuese un poco más detallada, porque si no has usado nada parecido antes, puede ser confuso. En general, por si a alguien más le pasa, hay que trabajar rápido. Calentar agua, sumergir férula unos 10 segundos, sacar con una cuchara, dejar reposar MUY poquito porque se deforma y se pega al recogerse sobre sí misma por el calor. Con que sea lo justo para no abrasarte es suficiente. Al morder no recomiendo hacer fricción con los dientes hacia delante y hacia atrás porque estropeé otra intentando hacer como en el dentista y se me cae. Una vez coge forma, si no se ha hecho nada raro, como hice yo, funciona bien, aunque con ninguna de las pruebas que he hecho he conseguido que me llegue hasta las muelas de atrás del todo. No la recomiendo sobre una hecha por un dentista, pero para viajes, emergencias o múltiples domicilios, sí. Está bien que vengan cuatro para la prueba y el error.

The custom-fit feature (the "boil-and-bite" process was super easy and quick) molds perfectly to my teeth. I thought it ws going to be a difficult procedure. My tip would be....don't leave in the hot water too long as it becomes too soft before you have to bite down
