Worth the Money
This stuff works as described. You can actually watch the ants plump up and bring the product back to the colony. Gradually there were no more ants showing up. Well worth the money. Bought twice... I can honestly recommend this product.

This product works very fast.
This product is amazing. I had carpenter ants for weeks after I had a new wooden deck installed. I searched for a product and found this from a high rating on chatgpt. I put this in the crevices all around my deck porch. You could see the ants going for it. The next day there were fewer of the carpenter ants and the 2nd and 3rd day they are gone. I am amazed. I thought I would not be able to use the deck for months because of the amount of ants. Now it is clear. Also this product is extremely easy to use with maximum satisfaction.

Patients!
Early in June I discovered a carpenter ant infestation in one room of our home. I wasnโt thrilled but my wife went ballistic. Naturally she wanted to call an exterminator, Navy Seals, Green Beret or anyone else with a flame thrower who would help her burn the house down if necessary. ๐ณ I, being the more levelheaded and more frugal individual, did what every scared husband doesโฆ โGoogle itโ besides, military branchโs charge so much for house calls nowadays. I read the reviews and ordered this product. I initially had no clue on the best location to place the poison, so it was hit and miss for days. ( To answer your question, yes, she complained and threatened to call the exterminatorโฆ for me and the ants during this time.) If you are impetuous, this product is not for you. (Or your wife) You have to find a path the ants are traveling to the outside or water source im assuming. These insects will not come to the poison like a dog to its bowl but when one finds the poison, itโs like Saturday night at the Golden Corral. After finally seeing an ant on the move during the day I placed a dollop on a piece of cardboard and forced the ant on it. Not as easy as it sounds as there are no videos on YouTube on the fine art of ant whispering. The ant immediately dove in to the poison, munching a healthy chunk off and scurrying to a small hole in our trim. Almost immediately others paraded out the hole to the poison and dove in. I actually was able to squirt the plunger with ants present. They stood up and kinda jumped up after it! I loaded the cardboard up and sat back to watch the festivities. Dozens of ants came to feed and carry back to the queen small portions of poison. ( Sorry her majesty) Soon they were staggering like drunken sailors and some died on the spot. Of course the wife wanted to spray them with insecticide, step on them, suck them up in the vacuum ( I hid her flame thrower) but I explained they have to take the poison back to the nest, so she reluctantly pulled up a chair next to me to watch and tell me stories of how she perceives ants are crawling in her body cavities while sleeping ๐ณ That was three days ago. There has been no signs of live or healthy ants around! I do hear the vacuum cleaner fire off several times a day but she assures me they are all dead. Itโs not an overnight process but with military like tactics and plunger of poison, I am victorious! Iโm thrilled, she is thrilledโฆ.. the ants, not so much.

Squashed box
The product came quickly and is easy to use. The instructions could be a little clearer or there could be a video posted on Youtube to make how to use it crystal clear. The box it came in was squashed but the tubes inside were fine. However, I had to tape the box together at the bottom to be able to use it to hold the unused tubes.

Not an instant kill but with continuous use will kill all Carpenter Ants.
I had a very large carpenter ant infestation in two of my mature oak trees, it wasn't until I lost a very large branch of the tree that I saw the large black carpenter ants in the fallen part of the tree. After some research I discovered that these ants are very active at night. Armed with a flashlight I went out to my trees around midnight and was shocked at the activity I saw, these ants had several satellite colonies around the base of the trees and were running a line up and down the trunks, thousands of ants on both trees running from top to bottom my trees were infested and these ants have obviously been there for a very long time. My knowledge of ants is that they will either eat sugar or protein so I ordered both types of bait, Max Force Gel was my sugar bait and Advance Granular was my protein bait. In late August of 2019 I started my attack, I placed a small amount of Advanced Granular out and saw that the ants ran to it almost instantly and carried it away, subsequent applications a few days apart did not have the same effect as the first application the ants would almost ignore it but by morning I would notice some bait taken. Thinking that the ants were suspicious of the granules or just changed their taste to sugar I began placing small dabs of Fleet near their lair's at the base of the trees and beside their travel lanes on the trunk of the trees. After about two weeks I completely knocked out the ants in the first tree. Gone no trace at all. The second tree with the larger infestation was now a noticeably smaller colony size but still very active. Not wanting the ants to reject the bait I applied it in the same areas about one every week and a half, spot checks every week or so showed the ant activity getting smaller and smaller, instead of thousands of ants running up and down the tree I would see a handful here and there. By the end of October 2019 the ant colony in the second tree had been eradicated, I can not find one single ant. If you have a carpenter ant infestation this will knock them out, as long as they are feeding on sugar. It's not a one and done application, be persistent and apply the bait near but not on their lanes of travel. This is a slow acting bait and eventually the colony will be eradicated. I will also note that the bait may sometimes come out of the tube a bit liquidy this isn't an issue the ants don't care, remember you only need to place pea sized drops in a few various places where they roam. Out of the four applicators provided in the box it took 2 1/2 of them and 2 months to wipe out all of the ants. If this review was helpful to you please click that it was. Good luck

Does not work, ants walked right past the droplets in metal shed & inside the house. Terro worked.
Did not work. Carpenter ants walked right by the droplets, and then tried Terro traps with gel inside and they are eating it like crazy. This product was a total waste of my money, and it was expensive unlike Terro.

Wow!
I have a sandy soil yard that was infested with all types of ants when we bought this place several summers ago. Carpenter ants, medium sized black ants in huge nests in the ground, teeny brown ants with their ant hills everywhere, red ants, yellow ants, etc. The little brown ants took to the granular protein bait that I sprinkled for them during the months of May and June this year, but the black ants and big Carpenters didn't want the protein, which led me to believe they were probably interested in carbohydrates such as melon or something at the moment, which is where this gel bait comes into play. I used this gel bait, and let me tell you! Three or more huge in-ground nests full of medium size black ants were wiped out overnight after dotting blobs of this gel around their nests, for they gobbled it up. Also, carpenters took the bait at night, and carpenter activity stopped where we needed it to. They were into eating carbohydrates at the moment, they gobbled up this bait, and it worked wonderfully!
