This is the coolest tea ever! Its also great for digestion and gut health. Make the tea (blue), add a little lemon juice (turns purple)! Tastes very earthy so I use monkfruit or stevia to add some sweetness and thats a nice flavor.I blend the tea and lemon juice for the color effect. I bet it would taste nice with another earthy flavor. The texture isnt unique, It just tea textured.

They also make a great organic blue or purple food-safe food color, to color your white Easter eggs.To make the blue colored Butterfly Pea tea turn purple after you’ve brewed it, you just add fresh lemon juice. Looks pretty cool!~~~ Lavender Lemonade Recipe ~~What you do is you grab a tea kettle and tea steeper and then brew a full kettle of the Butterfly 🦋 Pea Flower Tea first - with some fresh, food-grade organic lavender flowers and then, for more flavor, add in raspberry or peppermint loose leaf tea into the steeper (to steep along with the lavender loose leaf tea) and then allow the lavender / Butterfly 🦋 tea to brew for about ten minutes and then let it cool down. You’ll have this beautiful, aromatic solid blue color to start off with….Then, using a citrus juicer, you’ll juice (or squeeze) 8 to 11 fresh organic lemons (to make for the lemonade). Add water, with the Lavender Butterfly Pea tea that you’ve just made from your kettle. Finally, add your freshly squeezed lemon juice, and your sweetener of choice. This is a very mild tasting and relaxing tea that is said to be full of antioxidants. It is also fun for the grandkids to watch as it changes colors with the addition of lemon or another acid. At the time of purchase, this item had the best price.

The amount of tea is quite large and a great value for the money. The quality of the tea is amazing. It makes a lot of tea. Adding lemon will change blue to a purple color. The tea is versatile and can handle layers of different flavors, iced or hot. I made iced with lemonade iced cubes, fresh lemon slices and mint, raspberry syrup. The possibilities are endless.

I was not expecting such a large amount of flowers and for the price I was thrilled with the giant bag I received.I made a couple of cups of tea last night and the taste was fabulous and the color... I'll never get over the intense shade of gorgeous blue this tea turns in boiling water.I let mine steep in a measuring cup until the water is cool. I steep as long as I can to get the most color and intensity out of these flowers. Then I fill up my thermal cup with a splash of Stevia and pour in that gorgeous blue tea and sip on that for hours.Simply divine.Will buy again!!!
