Natural Intimacy FemCap Cervical Cap 26mm

I have used this a few times, and it's really something I would recommend to all women wishing to quit the pill or other hormone contraceptives. It's not hard to place it (but I should say, though, it demands intimacy with your lady parts... so if you don't fill comfortable touching it, sticking finger on it looking for places, sticking fingers again to pull things out of it, etc, then this is probably not for you!), I couldn't feel a thing during sex (neither did my partner) and it is still in place when it's time to remove it. I can't review it's ability to prevent pregnancy when used alone, 'cause I don't rely only on it (always using condoms too), but for those who are neurotic like me about getting pregnant and always need to have two methods going on (for example, both the pill AND condoms), this is definitely a good call. just make sure you get the right size for you, and it will all go smooth!

Comfortable to wear, I can’t feel it and my partner can’t feel it. Great that it can be worn for 48 hours, you can forget about it. Removal took a little practice but ok once you’re used to it. So far so good

Really easy to use no mood swings and its not a passion killer unlike condoms would recommend to anyone.I would say buy the size that suits you as they do say if you had a baby you will need medium or large size.If in doubt ask to be measures at your sex health clinic. Psif you struggle with the mess there is an applicator which is brilliant

Too nervous to use it after I read the stats on how many women get pregnant using this barrier...higher percentage if you've had a baby already. Don't want another baby!! So I bought Toni Weschler's book 'Taking Charge of your fertility' and I will be chucking this femcap in the bin now...

At the beginning it took me few times to understand in which body position I should insert it and take it out. My partner complained that he can feel it while inside me , so I figured I'm not putting it the right way. I watched a video in YouTube that show an helpful demonstration. I also took it with me to my gynecologist, to make sure it cover my cervix .the gynecologist looked at it when it was inside me and said that it does cover the cervix so it should be efficient with blocking the sperm (as long as I using the gel as well) .
