The best thing since sliced bread! These Wi-Fi switches are great and thanks to the Smart Life app you're able to set specific automations which work regardless of Internet connection. I've installed these inside of my water heater/refrigerator/lights/ventilation fan / front audio stereo and more. Set up certain on and off times through the Smart Life app and further advanced their relation through Google home. These can help your mobile home simulate something similar to high-end counterparts in its capabilities. Haven't had any issues even did a rundown test where one came on and off for over 5,000 times. They're reliable handy and useful jump on board!

For two months I have been trying to find a remote power switcher to switch DC power on/off for a droid project. All others I found either did not work with ios devices, did not work for switching DC (AC only), or simply did not work. This one does. It worked the first time I tried it. And the app is decent. The only reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 is that I bought this unaware that I would need a paid subscription in order to use it. In fact, I had to start a subscription even to test it and see if it worked. I did not see any place on the product description where is said that a paid subscription would be required. The subscription is either $6 per month or $60 per year. If you have multiple switches and use them frequently for home automation, that cost is probably well worth it. For my project, with only one device connected and will infrequently use it, its a bit much.

Nice little 12 Volt switch. It works with the Smart Life App. The switch can be integrated into Alexa devices so it can be voice controlled or controlled with the Alexa App. I am using it to control a 12 Volt electric fence energizer. By using my cell phone and the Alexa App I can turn the fence energizer on or off remotely without having to walk 1/2 a mile every time I want to turn the fence on or off. The cell phone can connect to any cell network and I have a WiFi access point near the switch. This inexpensive device solves a lot of problems for me.

I could not pair it to use for WiFi very frustrating to say the least big waste of time and money, ended up sending them back. That’s right I bought 2 of them and couldn’t get either one to pair. Save your money and get other brand I did and they worked great!

Works perfectly. I used two to control battery powered Xmas light strings with Alexa. Just note you need at least 6v for them to work. I swapped out the 4v battery pack which came with the lights (3 AA) for a 9v pack (6 AA) and WiFi switch works great. (Then used a linear voltage regulator to step down the 9v to 4v for the lights). App works perfectly paired right away and Alexa skill worked right away also.

These are ok switches they get the job done as far as automation goes. I am not very happy with the short wires it makes them a hard to connect and I actually soldered longer wires to make them easier to use. Wire is fairly cheap I am sure they could add a foot to each side without breaking the bank. Or better yet, redesign them so the user can just use their own wire. Would have gave them 5 stars but the short wires are a pain and providing the connectors is not a valid solution, they just get in the way rather than solving the problem.
