Given the price point, my expectations were not high. But, I was pleased with the overall performance. The only reason this isn’t getting 5 stars is because this mic is not weather sealed. Do NOT get it wet.

Stupid instructions. While the receiver is in the iPhone you can't hear playback - someone should say that in the instructions 'cause I thought it was all dead. So I give it another start to 2 stars. Still here's my original comment -- Did not last long with my iPhone. Lights all on nice and blue so paired. When I record through the voice memo the app shows input sounds but nothing gets on the recording. Same when I use it for video. No sound is recorded if the receiver is connected. Very weird. Not sure it ever worked to tell the truth but I can't remember how I tested it. The instructions are among the worst. So don't buy.

So far I've had this product for a few weeks...and it's working great. No glitches, sound is great...much better than my previous rode mounted mic. They are a little bit bulky on the shirt and a definite distraction if you have them seen, but I just clip them underneath my shirt to my necklace and it's been fine.

I've been using these mics for a year and the sound quality is superb. For under $100 they are fine mics for sound. I've tried other mics that cost a bit less but had inferior sound. The charge time is quick and the battery life is good. It has great noise reduction and adjustable gain plus a TRS port for an external mic (thank goodness in this case). So, what's the issue? The construction quality is bad by way of a terribly engineered clip. The first mic's clip broke in a couple months of light use. The second one a few months later. These are nearly useless without being able to clip them near your face to be close to the source (mouth). I contacted Boya for support but they never responded. Nice support -- thanks. Now I've had to buy cheap wired lavalier mics and plug them into these units so I could clip them on my neck (where I need the pickup) and put the Boya transmitter in my pocket. Not ideal but it works and provides good sound. Would I buy them again. Not the way they are designed and don't care about the customers post purchase. I am looking for a good replacement now. It's really too bad. With some support or a slight design change, these could be excellent.

UPDATE: The seller quickly contacted me and offered me refund. The mic itself is really good and I like the windshield as well. OLD: Product is good, bit the box was not sealed and dirty

Excelente producto, al parecer se escucha muy bien, control de mute, ganancia, y filtro. Lo que no me gustó es que dejé apagado los dispositivos unos días y se descargaron, aunque llevo poco tiempo de usarlos.

No son los más caros pero eso no significa que su calidad de audio sea mala, obvio son decentes e incluso diría que dan u ofrecen un poco más de lo que piensas, por la duración de la pila, la calidad de audio y la forma en que puedes transportarlos y variedad de conexiones.

La calidad de construcción y funcionamiento es excelente, solo que con iphone necesitas un gasto extra para el adaptador, ya que no funciona!
