Relief from Neck Stenosis
I've got neck stenosis and this pillow greatly helped relieve my neck and shoulder pain at night which was preventing me from sleeping. The amount of roll and pillow fill is adjustable for just the right amount of support. I've been using it for months now and wouldn't do without it.

Great for neck pain
I hurt my neck a couple of months ago went to a chiropractor. They aligned my neck and told me I needed to buy a special pillow. The one they were selling was $150. I ended up purchasing this one and it does a great job I need support for my neck and shoulders and this is great. I got the medium size in medium firmness.

Hard as a rock
I have cervical fusions and pretty much constant pain. I found that this pillow actually made the pain so much worse! It’s too bad because the form looked perfect. Buyer beware!

Best sleep in years!
I took a couple of days to ease into it, as recommended. I did adjust the filling as shown in the videos. But on night three, I fell asleep and slept eight hours straight through for the first time in years. My sleep patterns have improved, and I'm waking up feeling rested. I'm thrilled.

I ordered the "gentle" and it was supposed to be softer than the "original" but it's very hard. If I sleep on my side it hurts my ear
