Only lasted a couple months

I had this for 6 months and it fell apart. Little pieces started breaking and yesterday the door fell off. It looks like I was kicking it and throwing it on the ground. I treated it like any towel warmer. Do not get only lasts a couple months

Arrived with disconnected wires

I received the warmer ok and no damage however the UV light wasn’t working. I read through the book to make sure I wasn’t doing something that was user error and found directions to change the bulb. I decided to open it up and see if the bulb was broken, instead I found a wire that wasn’t. Connected. I connected it to the bulb and it’s now working!
