Redmi Buds 5C Bluetooth TWS Earbuds, Up to 40dB Hybrid Noise Cancellation, Quad Mic, Custom EQ, 10mins Charge for 2 Hours Life, Up to 36Hrs Playback, Gaming TWS | Acoustic Black

I’ve been using the Redmi Buds 5C for about a year now, and overall I’m very satisfied with them. The earbuds are comfortable and fit well, even during workouts. I’ve used them while running, at the gym, and even while riding, and the experience has been consistently good. The sound clarity is nice for the price, and calls/music are clear. Battery backup is also good — I don’t find myself charging them too often. Even after a year of regular use, they’re still working perfectly fine, which says a lot about their durability. Occasionally, I do feel slight discomfort if I wear them for a very long time, but it’s rare and not a dealbreaker. Considering the price and performance, these are a solid choice and great value for money. I wouldn't recommend it for gaming, you have better options for that but if you want something which is perfect for everyday use then go for it. The app itself is good too.

The Sound Quality of the product is great. But my earphones stopped working after few months. When I went to service center for warranty claim they asked me for Serial Number. They told me without serial number of the product my warranty cannot be claimed. To my surprise there was no serial number printed on the case. It was only available in the Xiaomi application and the box which I had thrown away. Luckily I had the application installed so I could get the serial number and get it fixed under warranty. The serial number is also missing on the invoice generated by Amazon and even on the warranty slip the number is missing making those documents useless.

I regret purchasing the Redmi Buds 5C. The connectivity is absolutely terrible. These earbuds do not support multi-device pairing, which is already a downside. However, the real issue is that even if the Bluetooth on one device is turned off and the earbuds are out of range, they still do not show up on another device’s Bluetooth list. This makes switching between devices incredibly frustrating and time-consuming. On top of that, the connection process itself is extremely slow. Every time I try to connect, it takes way longer than it should, making the user experience feel clunky and unreliable. To make matters worse, they do not accept returns. So if you run into any of these issues (which seem to be common), you are stuck with a product that does not work as expected and cannot get a refund. Overall, I would strongly recommend looking at other options. These earbuds are not worth the hassle.

Clear and call quality superb I'm impressed 🥰

I bought these earphones in 2024, and even today the ANC is among the best in this segment. The connectivity is fast and reliable, and the earbuds easily last 6–7 hours of continuous use on a single charge without the case. They're comfortable enough to wear for long listening sessions, the sound quality is excellent for the price, and the touch controls are responsive and work really well. Overall, they're still one of the best options in this segment. Go for it,over the Realme Buds T300.

Better I would have choosen other brands doesn't work after 3months need to reset every time to connect via Bluetooth, built quality is good but chipset is bad.

I got these redmi but 5C from Amazon and they have very good quality of sound and the best thing in them is there active noise cancellation it can reduce up to 40 decibel sound very easily and very silently if you are finding bds under 1600 to 1800 then you can definitely go for it normal studies purpose and and for attending online meeting or calls they you can definitely go for these birds and you can also do some casual gaming but not for hard core giving and if you want some more lower price and you can get them from official MI store because there there prices much lower than in Amazon but you have to wait for 2 to 10 days and Amazon you will get them under 4 to 5 days
