I am reviewing this watch post 4 months of usage. Initially when I started using this watch, the HR monitoring function was kind of not very accurate. I upgraded the noisefit app and watch firmware upgrade, even then I could see that the HR monitoring function doesn't work properly. The HR function will start immediately when you take few steps and this is how it should function and this is the way it functions in other brands. I do have amazfit and that works without any issues. In this noise fit pulse 4 max, the HR function doesn't get fired up when you take steps and it doesn't update on the watch face on real time basis. Even the green light sensor doesn't blink at all. I raised a complaint and the customer reps are completely unreliable and they don't have any idea as to what to do. They will ask to reset the watch, upgrade app version and that is all. Post that, I raised another complain and my watch was picked up and sent to warehouse and in the warehouse, what their technical team tested or observed, only they know because they shipped my watch next day itself stating that my watch is working fine. They won't call you and discuss or find out the issue. When the watch came back, it was the same story. The automatic 24 * 7 HR function wasn't working and it will not even record on real time basis and won't show anything. I have to go to the HR monitor function and touch it to enable it. I raised another complaint and shared a video recording showing that it isn't recording anything and even the sensor light isn't blinking. They never responded for 2-3 days. Then I myself called and spoke to them. Now I don't have the time and energy to send the watch again and the warehouse will do the same thing. I should have got a replacement as my watch is under warranty and this watch isn't working as expected. These watches are very unreliable with respect to their functions. These are low budget watches which probably wouldn't have been tested adequately to ensure that functions are working. If the hardware is at fault, they should replace it. Very poor customer service. The customer reps always say that is the policy and they have to send it to warehouse. If they are testing and observing, they should share the testing report. But you can't expect much from such brands. These aren't customer oriented brands. I got a pair during the festive season and going by reviews, I got it. I believe if people have budget, the amazfit is a better one and functions well. I had a very bad experience with this one. Will never go for noise or anything similar.

I am using this watch for 10 days now and feel that it does an average job of what it was expected for and the price paid. Pros :) Looks good on wrist. Only decent number of watch faces. Health apps works OK. Touch screen is good Battery is good with 7 days life (on average use) Cons :( Alarm is a joke in this watch; you won't hear or feel when it goes on. The Fitbit watch I had earlier has an awesome vibrator. The step counter is many a times erroneous. Sleep quality assessment is also a joke....it takes the time you lie on the bed awake, is also taken as light sleep or REM Most of the health functions are tracked only for a week's time; if you want it for longer time you have to subscribe for GOLD package. The unlimited watch faces mentioned is false... You again need additional subscription. Net-Net you can enjoy only a limited set of features that comes in the basic pkg.... Rest of all comes with an additional recurring fee!

The quality of Product is good. While walking it looks accurate however when running step count seem to be inaccurate. Display is top notch. Fit of watch is great. Battery life of this watch is very poor. It hardly runs for one single day on a full charge.

Amazing this is my first smart watch I was sceptical as how would this work but after arriving and being able to connect to my Smart phone I am very happy with this.
