I’ve been using the iSpring RCC7AK-BLK for about 2 years now and it’s been working really well. Installation was pretty straightforward and the instructions were easy enough to follow. The water tastes good, much better than tap water, and I like that it has the alkaline stage. Filter replacement is also easy once you know how everything is connected. I already changed the filters and didn’t have any issues. Overall it’s been reliable and I’m happy with it. Would recommend it if you want a reverse osmosis system that is not too complicated to install or maintain.

I switched to iSpring after a series of bad filter and RO membrane replacements with a 4 stage RO system i got only 3 years ago. The original one never made the rated amount of water, but after the last set of filters I was sent, it only made about a gallon and a half a day. Support was terrible. It was hard to get a response and they just told me to check the pressure of the bladder in holding tank. Useless. I don't know how much water this new iSpring setup makes for sure because it has so far not run out on me. I found when registering the warrenty, an actual person was involved. This makes me think if I needed something down the road I could reach someone to assist (shout out to Sean for assisting). I got the model with the black faucet to match my main kitchen faucet and it looks great. Last thing I'll mention is the faucet can be entirely mounted from the top. You truly don't have to cram yourself behind the sink for this one.

We love this system. Was installed after a recommendation from my chiropractor that lives in East Palestine, Ohio. He had told me that he installed dozens of these systems for locals in the area after the train crash. System was very easy to set up and the black Matte finish looks great in our kitchen. Had a couple questions called customer service and they picked right up. Nick was a great help and very patient with my questions. With all the crap in the water nowadays I highly recommend every home install one of these systems to ensure clean water for drinking and cooking.
