When my son had the worst diaper rash he’s ever had, this cream made a huge difference. I noticed a real improvement very quickly, and ever since then, he has never had an irritation that severe again. In our case, I use it together with the Active Skin Repair spray, and that combination has worked incredibly well for us. I still keep this cream on hand at all times, and now I mainly use it for his overnight diaper, when I want a stronger, longer-lasting barrier. During the day I usually use a lighter cream, but when I want real protection and support for irritated skin, this is the one I trust most. What I like most is that it truly feels like a serious barrier cream. The texture is thick, it stays in place well, and it works fast when you really need it. I also really appreciate that it has 40% zinc oxide and is fragrance free and hypoallergenic, because for that area I prefer straightforward formulas without unnecessary extras, especially when sensitive skin is involved. The only thing to keep in mind is that it is definitely harder to remove than lighter diaper creams, but honestly, that is not a downside for me. That thicker texture is part of what makes it so effective. For me, this is not just another diaper cream to keep around “just in case.” It is the one I reach for when things get serious, and it has absolutely earned a permanent place in our home.

The best zinc paste, in my opinion. The consistency is really thick, so it stays in place and you only need a tiny amount. It’s very effective at healing, and when used early (before the skin becomes too inflamed) it can even prevent irritation! I can wholeheartedly recommend it to all the mamas and their little ones :)

We are big fans of triple paste but recently when our child had significant diaper rash that regular triple paste couldn’t kick- I ordered this and within 48 hours with consistent re applying it cleared up! I will now use this for refractory diaper rash or if the triple paste regular isnt seeming to help. Cons: Expensive for amount so I plan to use sparingly Overall is worth it because it definitely helped nip the persistent diaper rash in the bud and provided relief.

I’ve been using this for about 2.5 years now and I still keep buying it. Anytime my child gets a diaper rash, this is the first thing I reach for. It works really fast. Most of the time I see a difference by the next diaper change, and sometimes it clears up within a day or two. It’s thick and actually stays on the skin, which I feel like helps it work better than the thinner creams. I’ve tried a few other brands here and there, but I always end up coming back to this because it just works. The only thing I’ve noticed is the consistency can be a little different depending on the tube, sometimes it’s smoother and sometimes thicker but it’s always worked the same for me. Had tried other diaper rash creams even prescribed and this cream did its magic works fast and great and no bad smell. Definitely highly recommend.
