Almost everything about this earbuds is awesome. The Fit, looks, sound, touch everything is fabulous. Battery life is also good, though you may get better battery life in the same or lesser price range, that is not an issue for me. So all in all an all-rounder.

Had an issue with one side not working within the warranty period. The seller tried helping me troubleshooting the issue and when that didn't work, gave me a new replacement of the product. Great service thank you!!!! The earphone works really well and issues with earphones inside ears is gone

I have been using it for few days now. First of all sound is good… for me that as the main thing. Bass is very good and I feel it’s almost like in ear experience. Since it’s open ear buds, comfort is guaranteed. You can wear it for long time. No ear pain as such.

After buying 2 of the cheap open ear buds and them failing after one month of use I land up with the Tozo open ear headphones. I use it for cycling daily and I sweat a lot. The previous two was from Boat and turke. Both say that are sweat proof, but both failed after one month. To my surprise this has crossed 2 months of daily use and being soaked with sweat it still works as it should. This is 1.5k priced higher that then cheap one. But it's totally worth it.

I am using these open buds for office zoom meetings etc.. and they are great. Both microphone and speakers are great during calls. These buds are super good and you can put them on for hours and hours without any ear pain.

Must have product for running and cycling. This has the best sound but one should also remember that this allows surround noise as well and not to compare with in-ear tws.

One side ear piece stopped working after 2 months , and it seemed like something swelled inside . Maybe the battery , as it might be fire hazard ,I threw away that piece ! Very Disappointed with the quality.Now left with one . Another problem, even tho I put the earpiece back in the case it still stays connected with the phone , as I use galaxy watch so my Bluetooth stays on , sometimes the earpiece stays on for hours . Tried cleaning the metal connecting pins , still no use .

Connects smoothly when pulled out of the box. Switching it off while out of the box is tedious and didn't work many times. Have to put it back in its case to disconnect. I was expecting like if on ear, it will turn on, if removed it will turn off. Also BT connectivity is not good. I had Plantronics voyager earlier, moved to Tozo becuase that was large. But Plantronics was best in terms of stable connectivity.

I have a variety of earbuds and headphones but in terms of earbuds i just can't get the right fit in my ear and sometimes they fall out and they can be uncomfortable to wear for long periods. I saw these reviewed on YouTube by Flossy Carter who raved about the fit and sound so I thought I would try them. I also wear glasses so the fit and comfort was also a big consideration. When they arrived, I noticed how adjustable they were in terms of their movement. I paired them to my Samsung S24 Ultra phone which was very easy through the app. The app is fairly basic with a few EQ settings but I needn't have worried as the sound is spectacular. Really good for sub £40 open earbuds. the over ear arm and the speaker part are so configurable to get the position just right. The speaker part covers your eardrum so the sound really does go into your ear, so you get less leakage and you can hear what's going on around you. if you want total silence from your surroundings though, these aren't for you. The touch controls on the right earbud is good but there is a little lag, perhaps that will be fixed in a firmware update. Just a quick note on the fit especially from a glasses point of view. They were easy to fit around my ear and because the arm is thin it doesn't really cause any issues and they aren't uncomfortable. The case is quite large and there is a single light to tell you the status of the earbud and case battery. I would have liked some display to show the percentage like on other Tozo products but you can't have everything. Maybe that will be on the next upgraded model they bring out. On the question of support, I opened a chat message to Tozo support and they actually came back straight away which is nice to know. The earbuds also have an 18 month warranty. Overall, these are really excellent for the price and I highly recommend them. Great fit, Great sound and Great range of adjustment.
