Data wire for Car Play
My Car Play was not working in my car for months with my Apple 17 iPhone. I tried all different wires and it still didn't work. As soon as I plugged in this data wire, the Car play worked immediately! It is still working!!

No, it didnโt. You have to get a product that is compatible with the iPhone and you can use it to play music as well. It doesnโt play the music it just charges.

Cable to support new iPhone CarPlay app
When I got a new iPhone CarPlay would not work. I had to switch to a cable that supported charging and data. I plugged in this cable and CarPlay worked again
