Missing part number 15. Critical of course
I was doing very well assembling the bed until I reached step 10. There are four number 15 boards required. I only got 3. I could not find a way to contact the company for a replacement. I contacted Amazon and the two options I was given were to return the entire product or get a 20% refund and buy a replacement part. I can’t contact the manufacturer so how could I order a replacement. I am going to have to find a woodworking shop and have the part made. Absolutely ridiculous.
