I’ve only used the product for about a week, but I can already feel that it’s working. I followed what others did by chewing the tablet and rubbing the crushed powder on my teeth. I’ve already noticed that my tooth ache wasn’t as painful anymore. My teeth sensitivity had diminished as well. I’ll continue to use the product and see how it goes. It’s not the tastiest medicine but I’ve tasted worse. It also dissolves easily.

Ok- where do I even begin? I guess I’ll start with the product itself. It surprise me how small the bottle was. And how small the tablets were. However, the taste is not bad at all. It taste like, if anything, chalk. I started taking this for a plethora of reasons. Primarily because of my Gutt health, teeth, health and mental health. It has not been super easy, especially the first few days. However, it was worth every moment of uncomfortable that came with it. The first few days I realized that I was a bit angry and aggressive. But, I knew that was possible and powered through. I’ve been taking this for about four weeks. I weighed 200 pounds when I started. I could barely focus. I’m down to 180 pounds and my focus is incredible. I wake up in the morning, brush my teeth and immediately chew up this medicine. Two tablets in the morning on an empty stomach. I chew them up and let it stay in my mouth for five minutes or so, and swallow it with water. I then continue on my normal routine, which includes drinking coffee. I have realized my diet changed. I now only eat when the sun goes down. I know this sounds crazy, but I go all day long on my circadian rhythm. I have less anxiety and more focus. I have been trying to tell everyone I know and care about to take this. That way, we can compare results. I did not try to lose weight. I did not try to start a diet. However, naturally, and due to this supplement and probiotic, my health has improved in general. Yes, the anger and aggression was difficult the first few days. But I didn’t give up and I’m so glad. I can’t recommend this highly enough.

We have been using this about a year. I do believe it is beneficial to our immune system and our gut biome.

Incredible tiny little pills! I take 2 in the morning and it lasts me all day. Another review said that coffee breath vanishes after about 15 minutes-true! Slight appetite suppression - true! It also feels like my salivary glands are constantly working well so no dry mouth. Stomach more regular, and it almost feels like I have a very mild mint in my mouth all day long!! Will definitively order a lifetime supply of this - such a great price too!

Since I started taking these tablets my gum health has improved. I chew two tablets and rub them into my gums. Since I have started doing this every day, my dental hygienist said there has been no bleeding during cleanings. I do brush my teeth daily, but the only change was these tablets. I do not guarantee that this is going to be the case for everyone, but it is my story.

Pro: this definitely does what it says. My teeth felt like I had already brushed when I woke up in the morning. Con: I experienced an unexpected side effect of anger/rage. I could not figure out where those feelings were coming from, but finally realized it was this l. salivarius. Stopped taking it, no more rage.
